1-Zimmerwohnung in F-Hain zur Untermiete.

Da ich für einige Zeit nicht in Berlin sein werde, suche ich eine*n Untermieter*in für meine 1-Zimmerwohnung.

Sie ist voll möbliert mit separater Küche und wurde in 2020 renoviert, sodass alles vorhanden ist.

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Berliner Hinterhauses und die Lage ist perfekt, mit vielen Spätis, Restaurant und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe und dem Samariterkiez direkt um die Ecke gelegen.

Mit der U-Bahn, die direkt vor der Tür ist und der Ringbahn, die man in 10 Minuten Fussweg erreicht, kann man bequem und schnell alle Teile der Stadt erreichen. So ist man z.B. in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz und in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.

Ich wünsche mir eine zuverlässige, saubere Person, die meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum übernimmt.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du mir etwas über dich selbst und deine Situation schreibst. SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) und Einkommensnachweise sind erwünscht, jedoch keine Voraussetzung.

Since I will not be in Berlin for some time, I am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room apartment.

It is fully furnished with separate kitchen and was renovated in 2020, so everything is there.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a Berlin back building and the location is perfect, with many Spätis, restaurant and stores in the immediate vicinity and the Samariterkiez just around the corner.

With the subway, which is right outside the door and the Ringbahn, which you can reach in 10 minutes walk, you can easily and quickly reach all parts of the city. For example, in 10 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz and in 20 minutes at the main station.

I would like a reliable, quiet person to take over my apartment for the period. SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) is desired, as well as the last three proofs of income and a copy of ID. If all documents are available and we have talked on the phone or met once to look at the apartment together, it belongs to you after transfer of the deposit or signing of the contract for the period from February 25 to April 25.
