Die 1-Raum Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkettboden, ein 100cm Bett, eine kleine Küche (im Zimmer) mit Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, ein schönes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung und großen Spiegeln. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten, ein Clubhaus mit Grill, Spielen und Büchern, einen Lernraum, sowie eine Lobby, in denen man sich aufhalten kann, Filme auf dem Beamer schauen kann oder Computerspiele spielen kann. An der Rezeption sitzt tagsüber ein Concierge, der Post annimmt, bei dem man Pakete abgeben kann (bspw. Asos/ Zalando Rücksendung) und der sich um die Bewohner kümmert.
Im Haus ist es ruhig, sehr sauber und angenehm.
Man kommt schnell ins Gespräch mit jungen Leuten, da das haus für Studenten und Young Professionals ist.
Die 680 EUR sind inkl. allem - d.h. Internet, Strom, Wasser etc. ( außer der Waschmaschinenbenutzung im Keller, das kostet >2EUR pro Waschgang)

I'm looking for a tenant for my apartment in the new Fizz Building in the heart of Berlin. Clubs, Coffee shops and public transportation is nearby.
The apartment is central, next to Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Mitte. It is availible from 2018, January 1st until March 31.
The studio is fully furnished with a small kitchen and a bathroom. You share a garden, clubhouse, seminar room, lobby with the other tenants.
For any questions concerning the house there is a reception with a receptionist who also collcets your mailing.
The price of 680 Euro is all inclusive (energy, water, internet, reception...)

Lage
Der 165 und 265 Bus ist direkt vor der Haustür. Eine U & S Bahn Station befinden sich in Laufweite. Man ist in 2 Haltestellen am Alex, 25 min mit den öffentlichen in F'hain und zu Fuß in 10 min in Kreuzberg.Spätis und Supermärkte sind in Laufweite (aldi, Lidl, Kaisers) oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Da sich die Wohnung in der Nähe vom Ostbahnhof befindet, kann man auch Sonntags und an Feiertagen von 8-24 Uhr Nahrungsmittel im Rewe und Penny einkaufen.
Clubs wie Tresor, Watergate, Club der Visionäre, Ipse, Kater Blau und viele mehr sind in unmittelbarer Nähe
