Das Bett (140 x 200) ist bislang nur eine Matratze auf einem Lattenrost. Ich habe ein Bettgestell, sowie noch einige weitere Möbel. Diese müssten bei Bedarf transportiert und das Bett noch aufgebaut werden. Beim Transport kann ich evtl behilflich sein.
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und soll auch auf jeden Fall so bleiben. Es gibt leider keinen Balkon und auch am Fenster soll nicht geraucht werden. Der Hof ist dafür recht schön und es ist ja auch nur der zweite Stock...
Eine Anmeldung als Meldeadresse ist aktuell leider nicht möglich.

The bed (140 x 200) is just a mattress on a slatted frame. I have a proper frame and some more furniture. These must be transported to the flat and the bed has to be assembled in case you want it. It might be possible that I can help with the transport.
No smoking is allowed in the whole flat. There also is no balcony. Please don't smoke in the open window neither. There's a nice backyard and it's just the second floor...
Unfortunately, a registration as place of residence / Meldeadresse is not possible at the moment.
Please mention the thing with the registration when you text me, so I know that you read everything.

Man läuft 10 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Turmstraße (U9) oder zum S-Bahnhof Brüsselstraße (Ringbahn S41, S42). Zu den nächsten Bussen läuft man keine fünf Minuten und auch zum Hauptbahnhof ist es nicht weit.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 50 m entfernt und der nächste Bioladen ist eine Ecke weiter.
Die Arminius Markthalle ist auch einen Besuch wert.
Zum Plötzensee sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und die Autobahn ist einen km entfernt.

The Emdener Str. is 10 minutes walk to U-Bahn Turmstraße (U9) and S-Bahn Beusselstraße (circle Line S41 and S42). Buses are less than a five minutes walk. Berlin central station is not far.
There's a supermarket 50 m away and an organic food store on the next corner.
Also don't miss out the Arminius Markthalle.
It's 10 minutes by bike to Plötzensee and the highway is 1 km away.
Strom- und Heizkosten werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Expenses for electricity and heat are added on top, according to your consumption.
