Apartamento

I am moving to K'berg and am looking for a Nachmieter for my lovely 1-bed flat in a Neukölln Altbau, ten mins from S+U Bahn Hermannstrasse (15 mins to Alex). The flat is about 38 sq m. in total and recently renovated. So it still looks shiny and new. There are wooden floorboards in the main (bed) room and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. It includes a separate kitchen - pretty large for the flat, so you could use it as a breakfast room. There is also a reasonably-sized toilet/shower room. It i in the Hinterhof, so quiet, but with plenty of light, as the Hof is large. Cosy in the winter - central heating included in the rental price...

The flat comes unfurnished. There's an oven with four hotplates and sink/cupboard in the kitchen. However, I have acquired some basic bits and pieces with I would sell for 300 total depending . These include an IKEA double bed, a large handmade desk with sawhorse legs, a large fridge-freezer, a couple of shelf units, and a smallish kitchen table.

IMAGES TO FOLLOW

YOU WILL NEED:

If you are German, a Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft,
3months cold rent (561) as a cash deposit + first month's warm rent
Either a Bürgschaft or details of your income/ statement of earnings from your employer to say that you can cover the rent.

Be aware that you will have to pay separately for electricity (€20-40 per month approx ) and internet/flatrate, but with Vodafone, you can get it practically free for a year.

OTHER DETAILS

In the Gegend...It's certainly Berlin, charming and mysterious. There is a friendly croissant shop a couple of doors down for your morning coffee (super-cheap!), an ice-skate rental shop next door (The Eisstadion is around the corner). There's a Bio Kaffee at the bottom of the street, a Lebanese Grocery, a couple of newsagents, as well as a brocante with a spiritualist/occultist outfit next-door. Crossing Hermannstrasse to the other strip of Emser Strasse you'll find plenty of cultural outfits and bars, including the burgeoning WekStadt EV Neukölln. In the last year, the area is definitely getting younger and trendier. Daily. There are also three Thai Massasge Parlours and a gambling joint, which add intrigue.

About the rest of the area... you're very close to Karl-Marx Allee/Rathaus Neukölln for all your mainstream needs. There are Kaiser and Netto Supermarkets at the S-Bahn shopping centre and plenty of fantastic Arab/Turkish bakeries, delis, markets.

Flughafenstrasse nearby has a wealth of brocante/antique shops, and markets and cafes and art spaces are springing up daily. Körnerpark and associated Kiez is very beautiful. Really, everything you could need. This is a splendid area for urban explorers, especially with bikes. Amazing views of Tempelhof just around the corner.
