Cozy 1-room apartment in Neukölln Sublet from 30.04.24-23.05.24 (maybe earlier)

Hallo ihr Lieben da draußen!

Da ich für ein paar Wochen der Großstadt entfliehe vermiete ich meine heißgeliebte Wohnung unter.
Dafür suche ich eine verantwortungsbewusste Person, die gut auf meine Wohnung und Pflanzen aufpasst. :)
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein mit allem was man zum Leben braucht - ein richtiges Wohlfühlnest!
Bei schlechtem Wetter lässt es sich dort gut zurückziehen, bei gutem Wetter ist es schön kühl.

Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG des Hinterhauses mit Blick in den Innenhofgarten.
Rauchen ist nicht in der Wohnung gestattet aber der Weg nach draußen ist ja nicht weit. ;)
Trotz der Erdgeschosslage empfinden ich und meine Pflanzen die Wohnung als hell und warm.
Es ist hier super ruhig und die Nachbarn sind alle mega lieb und hilfsbereit.

Ausstattung
Schlaf/Wohn/Arbeitszimmer: Im Zimmer befinden sich ein 1,40m Himmelbett mit ausbreitbaren Vorhängen, ein kleiner Schreibtisch samt Monitor, eine ausziehbare Couch, TV, Stereoanlage, Dartscheibe und Schränke. In letzteren mache ich gerne ein paar Schubladen frei. Internet mit home office Tauglichkeit ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Bad: Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken.
Küche: Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Sandwichtoaster sowie alles was es zum Kochen braucht inkl. richtig vieler Gewürze

Hello people out there!

Since I'm escaping the capital for a few weeks, I sublet my beloved apartment.
For this I am looking for a responsible person who will take good care of my apartment and plants. :)
The apartment is small and sweet with everything you need and has a real feel-good atmosphere!
It's a good place to retreat to in bad weather, and nice and cool in good weather.

Location
The apartment is located on the ground floor in the back of the building (Hinterhaus) facing the courtyard garden.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but the way outside is really not far ;).
Despite the ground floor location, I and my plants perceive the apartment as bright and warm.
It is super quiet here and the neighbors are all mega sweet and helpful.

Equipment
Bedroom: In the room there is a 1.40m bed with curtains, a small desk including monitor, a sofa bed, TV, stereo, darts and drawers. In the latter I can free up some space for you. Internet (home office & streaming quality) is of course also available.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink.
Kitchen: Fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, mixer, sandwich toaster and everything you need for cooking, including looots of spices.
