I would like to rent my nice Apartment in Berlin Schöneberg for a short period. It has all the things needed for comfortable stay.( you just need to move in with your suitcase and a toothbrush ;)

The house in the 3rd floor of an Altbau Berliner Apartment,It has a self contained Bathroom(with bathtub and shower),Kitchen, sleeping area with a cozy bed and a writing desk, small kitchen table.

There is a washing machine,WLAN,Refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils, towels, bedding, Iron box, book shelves etc.

The apartment is very clean(it should remain just as clean when you move out) with a new laminated wooden floor, high ceiling, balcony, windows with curtains and nice and quiet neighbours.

It´s ideal for a single person e.g student or a young professional..

The apartment is available for an initial 6 months(Feb-July with a possible extension for another 6 months till December 2024.

No Anmeldung for Auslanderbehörde/Work etc..as I still hold the lease.
