Ich suche einen Untermieter fuer meine super gelegene kleine Studentenwohnung. Es ist eine Einzimmerwohnung, mit Kueche und eigenem Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist voellig moebliert, und obwohl klein, doch sehr hell, geraeumig und mit Blick ins Gruene.
Da die Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim der Akafoe ist, waere sie am besten geeigenet fuer eine(n) Studentin(en). Zur Uni und zum Unicenter kann man in 10 - 15 Minuten laufen, und die U35 ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht.
Man hat also alles was man brauchen koennte / wollte in unmittelbarer Naehe.

I am looking for somebody to sublet my cute little apartment to. The one-room apartment, with kitchen and en-suite bathroom, is super conveniently located and fully furnished. While it might sound like a small apartment, it is very spacious and has a great view out into a forest.
The apartment is in an Akafoe studenthouse, and therefore suitable for any student looking for something conveniently located to the Unicenter or the University, which is only approximately 10 - 15 minutes walking distance away. The U35 is also super close by (5 min), which will take you very conveniently to town and all other connecting trains, etc.
You therefore have everything virtually on your doorstep!!
