I'm leaving Bonn at the end of the semester so I'm looking for someone to rent the flat from 1st April. The studio is 20sqm overall and has its own bathroom (I think you will be the only one in the house who doesn't have to share a bathroom). The studio is bright, there are 2 big windows in the bedroom and one smaller window in the bathroom. You will live on the ground floor, and there is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement that you can use for respectively 3€ and 2€. There is space in the basement to put a drying rack and hang your laundry. There is a small yard in front of the house where you can park your bike.
The location is great for students, as there is a bus stop right next to the house (12 metres to be precise). You can reach the main building of the uni in about 10-12min by bus and the main station in about 15min. Line 601 also goes to the Poppelsdorf campus. Both 600 and 601 also go to the Uniklinikum. The location would be ideal for a student at the Pädagogische Fakultät. The tram stop "Husarenstraße" is about 7min away, tram 61 goes to the main station and Dottendorf, and tram 65 goes to Beuel from there.

As I'm going to move into a furnished flat, I intend to sell my furniture to the next tenant. The furniture includes:
- kitchen furniture: fridge with small freezer compartment, ceramic hob, cupboards, etc (bought from the former tenant for 200€, not included in the rent)
- bed + mattress (bought 150€)
- wardrobe (bought 75€)
- vacuum cleaner (bought 50€)
- 2 chairs (bought 35€)
- drying rack (bought 15€)
- toaster (bought 17€)
- laundry bag (bought 15€)
- shower curtain (bought 10€)
[- small IKEA table: got for free so not included in the overall price.]
I'm selling everything for 430€, the price is non negotiable.
(Every item not mentioned in this list won't stay in the studio.)
