Estoy fuera de Bonn durante 2 meses y estoy sublevando mi apartamento. Desde el 9 de diciembre hasta el 10 de febrero.

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado y estoy cobrando el mismo alquiler y los costos que ya pago + un pequeño recargo para los muebles.
Los costes incluyen todo: calefacción, agua, electricidad, TV/radio, tarifas adicionales del edificio, internet DSL.
Es un apartamento de 1 habitación con cocina, salón y dormitorio compartiendo el mismo espacio.
El baño está separado por una pequeña parte del pasillo del apartamento.
No quitaré mi ropa / comida, pero me aseguraré de que también habrá espacio para la tuya.
Hay una bodega privada donde se puede aparcar una bicicleta y se pueden almacenar algunas cosas.
Hay una moto de repuesto utilizada que se puede utilizar si quieres.

I am out of Bonn for 2 months and I am subletting my apartment. From the 9th of Dec until the 10th of Feb.

The apartment is fully furnished and I am charging the same rent and costs I already pay + a small surcharge for the furniture.
Costs include everything: heating, water, electricity, TV/radio fee, extra fees of the building, internet DSL.
It is a 1-room apartment with kitchen, living room, and bedroom sharing the same space.
The bathroom is separated by a small corridor part of the apartment.
I will not remove my clothes/food, but I will ensure there will be space for yours as well.
There is a private cellar where a bike can be parked and a few things can be stored.
There is a used spare bike that can be used if you want.
