Bei Bezug mit einer Person kostet es pro Monat 1245€ NK pauschal. Bei Bezug mit mehr als 1 Person fällt für jede weitere Person ein Betriebskostenzuschlag monatlich von 100€ an. Beim Auszug fällt eine Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 167€ an. Die Rundfunkgebühren führt der Mieter direkt an die Servicestelle der Rundfunkgebühr ab.

This 35m2, fully furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a very central and easily accessible property within walking distance between the main train station and the international trade fair.
The apartment has its own bathroom with a big shower, toilet and sink. The large, now newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 induction hotplates, a fridge-freezer, espresso machine, kettle and pots / plates / cups / glasses and cutlery.
There is also an iron and ironing board, and washing machines and dryers can be used free of charge in the basement. Fast WLAN / Internet (up to 250MBit / s) with its own LAN access point in the apartment (good for home office) is available. The tenant has an own mailbox for this apartment.
It is available from 15th February 2023 on.
It can be occupied by up to 3 people (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed).
If you move in with one person, the brutto-rent per month is 1.245€. If more than 1 person are moving in, there is a monthly operating surcharge of € 100 for each additional person. There is a final cleaning fee of € 167 when you move out. The tenant pays the broadcasting fee directly to the service point for the broadcasting fee.
