This 23m2, fully furnished apartment is located on 1st floor of a very central property within walking distance in between the main train station and the trade fair.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen unit is separated from the main room (helpful if you like cooking) and is equipped with a microwave, 2 hotplates, a fridge-freezer, an espresso machine, a kettle and all the pots / plates / cups / glasses and cutlery.
Iron and ironing board are available, washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge in the basement.
Modern smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime - capable) with hundreds of satellite TV channels is available, as well as very fast WiFi / Internet (up to 250 Mbit / s) and your own mailbox.
The minimal rental time is 1 month.
In the case of unlimited rental to one person, the rental price per month is € 475 + furnishing surcharge € 150 + € 235 flat-rate operating costs. The apartment is ideally occupied with 1-2 persons (double bed, queensize), there is a surcharge of € 100 per month for the operating costs for the second person.
When moving out, a final cleaning (167€) will be charged.
