Eine Einzimmerwohnung in Ilmenau Pörlitzer Höhe steht ab dem 15. Januar zur Vermietung. Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 25 Quadratmetern und verfügt über einen Balkon. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines vierstöckigen Gebäudes. Dank eines großzügigen Fensters ist die Wohnung gut beleuchtet und wurde kürzlich renoviert. Die Wohnung ist von mir möbliert, und ich biete an, alle Möbel dem Mieter zu verkaufen, da ich Ilmenau verlassen möchte. Das Gebäude ist besonders ruhig, und viele Studenten wohnen dort.

A one-room apartment in Ilmenau Pörlitzer Höhe will be available for rent starting from January 15th. The unit measures 25 square meters and includes a balcony, located on the second floor of a four-story building. The apartment is well-lit thanks to a sizable window and has recently undergone renovations. I have furnished the apartment and am offering to sell all the furniture to the tenant, as I plan to leave Ilmenau. The building is notably quiet, and many students reside there.

In Bezug auf die Lage befindet sich die Wohnung in einer erstklassigen Lage auf Pörlitzer Höhe entlang der Hauptstraße "Ziolkowskistr.". Es sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu Rewe, Aldi und dem Bahnhof sowie 2 Minuten zum Busbahnhof. Insgesamt dauert es 15 Minuten, um den Universitätscampus mit dem Zug zu erreichen, 25 Minuten mit dem Bus und 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist bequem in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Regarding its location, the apartment is situated in a prime spot on Pörlitzer Höhe along the main street, "Ziolkowskistr.". It's a short 4-minute walk to Rewe, Aldi, and the train station, and a 2-minute walk to the bus station. In total, it takes 15 minutes to reach the University Campus by train, 25 minutes by bus, and 30 minutes on foot. The city center is also conveniently accessible with a 15-minute walk.
