A bright studio apartment is available for rent from April.

The studio is approx.20 sqm. All-in-rent is approximately 565.05 Euros. The rent price is fixed and includes all additional fees: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, bicycle parking, trash collection and other charges.

The studio is fully furnished and has all the necessities:
- kitchen with glass ceramic stove, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill
- dining table and chairs
- big bed (120*200) with a comfy mattress
- desk and spacious wardrobe with lots of storage space
- roomy bathroom with shower cabin and big mirror
- online support and Hausmeister

I am looking for a Nachmieter (new tenant) as I am planning to move in with my friends in a co-housing.

I really like this studio. On the one hand, it is ready to move in as it is: furnished, everything you may need from day 1 is here, no bills - everything is included in the rent. On the other hand, it offers space for making it feel like home. The studio is sunlight thanks to two big windows. Also, the blackout curtains make sure it's fully dark at night. High ceilings, enough space to use your yoga mat, plenty of sockets, etc.

It is in a new building which has been in use only since autumn 2023. There is also underground parking for residents which you can rent for 75 Euros a month if needed. There is a laundry room from Miele with washing machines and dryers in the building with prices lower than on the market.

There is a Netto supermarket and Wendl bakery in the building (you can shop in your pyjamas and slippers). Rewe and Lidl are within walking distance. Lots of cafes and fast-food places with vegan options in the neighbourhood.

Das Studio ist ca.20 qm groß. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 565.05 Euro. Der Mietpreis ist fix und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten: Wasser, Strom, Wi-Fi, Heizung, Fahrradabstellplatz, Müllabfuhr und andere Gebühren.

Das Studio ist voll möbliert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet:
- Küche mit Glaskeramikherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle mit Grill
- Esstisch und Stühle
- großes Bett (120*200) mit einer bequemen Matratze
- Schreibtisch und geräumiger Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum
- geräumiges Bad mit Duschkabine und großem Spiegel
- Online-Betreuung und Hausmeister

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter, da ich plane, mit meinen Freunden in eine Wohngemeinschaft zu ziehen.

Dieses Studio gefällt mir sehr gut. Zum einen ist es sofort bezugsfertig: möbliert, alles was man vom ersten Tag an braucht ist da, keine Rechnungen - alles ist in der Miete enthalten. Auf der anderen Seite bietet es Platz, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Dank zweier großer Fenster ist das Studio lichtdurchflutet. Außerdem sorgen die Verdunkelungsvorhänge dafür, dass es nachts völlig dunkel ist. Hohe Decken, genügend Platz für deine Yogamatte, viele Steckdosen usw.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude, das erst seit Herbst 2023 in Betrieb ist. Es gibt auch einen Tiefgaragenplatz für die Bewohner, den man bei Bedarf für 75 Euro im Monat mieten kann. Im Gebäude gibt es eine Waschküche von Miele mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, deren Preise niedriger sind als auf dem Markt.

Im Haus gibt es einen Netto-Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei Wendl (Sie können im Schlafanzug und in Pantoffeln einkaufen). Rewe und Lidl sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Cafés und Fast-Food-Lokale mit veganen Optionen.
