In der Diele ist ausreichend Platz für eine Garderobe, ferner ist ein praktischer Einbauschrank, vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet sowie Hängeschrank und Spiegel etc.. , es verfügt außerdem über ein Fenster. Die Küche ist groß genug und ist mit einem Essplatz eingerichtet (Wohnküche). Die vorhandene Einbauküche incl Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank gehört zur Wohnungsausstattung und gilt als mit vermietet. Von der Küche aus ist die Terrasse vor dem Haus begehbar.
