El apartamento elegante y acogedor ofrece espacio para 4 personas en un espacio de 50 metros cuadrados, con una cama doble en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón. El baño cuenta con ducha, aseo está situado enfrente. Una sala de estar decorada con amor tiene un sofá, mesa, sillas y una cocina pequeña pero bien equipada, dándole la opción de preparar una pequeña comida antes o después de un día de explorar todo lo que la ciudad tiene que ofrecer. Todo el apartamento ha sido decorado con gran cuidado y un gran amor por el estilo y el detalle, para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en todo el apartamento. El transbordador del aeropuerto se puede organizar bajo petición.

El noveno distrito, Alsergrund, se encuentra cerca del centro de la ciudad y cuenta como uno de los distritos interiores de la ciudad. La zona afluente alberga escuelas, hospitales, hermosos edificios históricos, así como una variedad de cafeterías, restaurantes y bares. Cuenta como uno de los barrios más tranquilos de Viena, donde las calles están alineadas con la gran arquitectura “Altbau” (pre-WWII). Una joya absoluta del distrito es el Museo de Liechtenstein, donde se puede ver la colección privada del Príncipe de Liechtenstein, ver hermosas pinturas barrocas, o simplemente disfrutar del hermoso jardín del palacio. Otros lugares de interés son el Museo Freud, la gran Iglesia Votiv (Votivkirche) que bordea el primer distrito, junto con el Parque Votiv, y el Volkstheater, donde se puede visitar una operetta, producción de ballet, o musical clásico. Otro paseo digno de mención es a través de los patios interiores del Viejo Campus AKH (Old Hospital General, ahora hogar de la Universidad de Viena). El apartamento está situado en la calle Liechtenstein, bonita calle tranquila en el corazón del encantador distrito 9. El apartamento está a solo 3 minutos a pie de la casa natal de Schubert, donde no sólo se puede visitar sino también disfrutar de concierto de pequeño tamaño organizado regularmente en la casa. La ubicación está exactamente entre 2 estaciones de metro Nussdorferstrasse, te conecta a la línea de metro U6, y la estación Friedensbruecker, te conecta a la línea de metro U4. La estación de tren de corta distancia Dr. Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof está a sólo 7 minutos, le permite tomar trenes regionales y S40 no sólo en Viena sino en otros lugares hermosos alrededor de Viena.

Para la auténtica cocina griega en un ambiente griego auténtico, visite el restaurante de Rembetiko, situado cerca del palacio de Liechtenstein. The stylish, homey apartment offers space for 4 guests on a 50 squared meters space, with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom features a shower, toilet is located across from it. A lovingly decorated living room has a couch, table, chairs and a small but well-equipped kitchen, giving you the option to prepare a small meal before or after a day of exploring all that the city has to offer. The entire apartment has been decorated with great care and a great love for style and detail, to make our guests feel right at home. Wi-Fi is available and provided free of charge throughout the apartment. Airport shuttle can be arranged upon request.

The ninth district, Alsergrund, is located near the city centre and counts as one of the inner districts of the city. The affluent area is home to schools, hospitals, beautiful historic buildings, as well as a range of cafés, restaurants and bars. It counts as one of the quieter neighbourhoods of Vienna, where the streets are lined with grand “Altbau” (pre-WWII) architecture. An absolute gem of the district is the Liechtenstein Museum, where you can see the private collection of the Prince of Liechtenstein, view beautiful Baroque paintings, or simply enjoy the lovely Palace Garden. Other sights include the Freud Museum, the grand Votiv Church (Votivkirche) bordering the first district, along with the Votiv Park, and the Volkstheater, where you can visit an operetta, ballet production, or classical musical. Another note-worthy stroll is through the inner courtyards of the Old AKH Campus (Old General Hospital, now home to the University of Vienna). These are charming at any time of the year, but especially during wintertime when the main courtyard is home to one of Vienna’s many charming Christmas Markets.

The apartment is located on Liechtenstein street, nice quiet street in the heart of the charming 9th district. The apartment is only 3-minute walk away from the Schubert’s birth house, where you can not only visit but also enjoy small size concert organized regularly at the house. The location is exactly in between 2 metro stations Nussdorferstrasse, connects you to metro line U6, and station Friedensbruecker, connects you to metro line U4. The short-distant train station Dr. Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof is only 7 minutes away, enables you to take regional trains and S40 not only in Vienna but other beautiful places around Vienna.

For authentic Greek cuisine in an authentic Greek setting, visit Rembetiko’s restaurant, located near Liechtenstein Palace. In the evening, The Sign is a bar nearby with great drinks where you can chill out and talk about the great collected experiences and places explored and to be explored in Vienna.
