- Subway U3- 18 minutes to Marienplatz
- Size: 16 m2 (shared apartment)
- Rent It includes (electricity, heating, water, internet and GEZ included)
- For 1 person

- 1 bus stop (1min. on foot)
- Penny, Rewe, Post Office, Bank are 5 minutes walk
- Many beer gardens and restaurants nearby
- The park is only a 5-minute walk away
- Bathroom with bath and extra guest toilet
- Window to quiet garden
- Large kitchen with washing machine
- We are looking for a clean and calm person
- The room is in a non-smoking shared flat and is only available to non-smokers *
- We have a weekly cleaning schedule :)
WG life
A mixed 4-person flat share. Each room may only be occupied by one person. Friends/acquaintances are of course allowed to stay overnight. But no use as a couple / couple or as a couple.
The rooms in the shared flat are expressly rented out for single use. Misuse or use of the rooms by more than one person would result in termination of the contract.

WG-Leben
Eine gemischte 4er WG. Jedes Zimmer darf nur alleine bewohnt werden. Übernachtungen von Freunden/Bekannten natürlich gestattet. Aber keine Benutzung als Paar/Pärchen oder zu zweit.
Die Zimmer der WG werden ausdrücklich zur Alleinbenutzung vermietet. Missbrauch oder Benutzung der Zimmer durch mehr als eine Person würde zur vertrag Kündigung führen.

Das Zimmer liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station U3 Fürstenried West (3-5 Gehminuten)
