Möbliertes Zimmer in Bahnhofsnähe in Berufstätigen-WG und jetzt auch Studierenden frei. Licht von zwei Seiten, hell und gemütlich. Extra-Schrank im Flur. Oft ist unsere Besetzung international (momentan mexikanisch, amerikanisch , deutsch).
Wir sind ohne große Ansprüche (das hat sich bewährt) an unsere Mit-Bewohner*innen (trinken aber gerne miteinander einen Tee oder essen zusammen und reden im Kaminzimmer) und hätten ein Zimmer zur Verfügung. 2 Katzen. Leider keine weiteren Tiere.
Nur Nicht-Raucher*innen (keine Leute, die angeblich nur draussen rauchen), bitte. Tageszeitung/Landeszeitung stünde auch zur Verfügung. Großer Garten mit der Devise: Wer ihn nutzt, muss auch mit daran arbeiten.
Ab 1.3.23 frei.
Furnished room available. One or two women and two men (rather international at the moment) and 2 cats live together in a house near the station, all very centrally located. Only non-smokers, please.. Internetanschluss ist natürlich da. WiFi, of course, available. Only people accepted who know the connotation of 'cleaning'.
