Beide Zimmer sind ca. 10 qm groß. Es gibt eine großzügige Küche und eine gemütliche Ecke im Flur mit zwei Sesseln, wo man auch einen Fernseher für beide hinstellen könnte. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Ceranfeld-Herd mit Backofen, eine Dunstabzugshaube, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, etc. Das Badezimmer hat eine neue Waschmaschine. Beide Zimmer haben jeweils ein Bett, einen Schrank, ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch und einen Bürostuhl. WLAN-Internet, Sat-Antenne und Strom sind ebenfalls im Preis enthalten. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu. Die Wohnung kann auf Wunsch auch bereits ab dem 1.9. bezogen werden, bzw. erst ab dem 1.10.
Both rooms have got about 10 sqm. There is a great kitchen and a cosy corner in the hall with two armchairs, where you could place also a tv for both of you. The kitchen is furnished and has among the other usual things a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, an exhaust hood, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has got a washing-maschine. Both rooms are furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk and an office-chair. Sat-Antenne, WLAN-Internet and electricity are also provided and included. There will be no further costs. The flat can also be let to the 1st of September or 1st of October, if that suits any better. Just contact me.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ampen, im romantischen alten Ortskern, 5,5 km von Soest, in einem alten Bauernhaus mit verschiedenen WGs. Im Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker und eine Pizzeria. Der nächste Supermarkt mit Apotheke, Bankautomat, etc. im Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, (2,7 km, 5 min. mit dem Auto, 10 min. mit dem Rad). Zur FH sind es ca. 13 min. mit dem Auto und 18 min. mit dem Rad. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 min. weit, der Bus braucht ca. 10 min. in die Stadt.
The flat is situated in Ampen, a nice old village 5km from Soest, in an old farm-house with various flats
for sharing. The villages has got a backery and a pizza place. The next supermarket, pharmacy, cashpoint, etc. is at Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, which is 2,7 km away (5 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). To the FH it takes around 13 min. by car and 18 min. with the bike. The busstation is 3 min. away, the bus takes around 10 min. to the city.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet die Gemeinschaft selbst, eine Hausordnung wird gemeinsam erstellt, um allen ein angenehmes, unkompliziertes Miteinander zu bieten.
Auf dem Hof gibt es vier weitere WGs und eine weitere Single-Wohnung. Bislang war es hier sehr international mit Studenten aus aller Welt und Deutschland. Eine gewisse kulturelle und religiöse Offenheit sind also Voraussetzung, ein Interesse am internationalen Austausch wären toll.
Allen gemeinsam steht auch ein Plätzchen beim Hauseingang und eine Wiese im Garten zur Verfügung, meistens sitzen aber die Bewohner einfach auf dem Hof...
The inhabitants of the flat will fix the rules for sharing the flat by themselves. Of course there are some general rules as e.g. concerning the rubbish bins, the stairways, etc.
There are four more sharing-flats and a single flat on the farm. Students so far came from Germany, and from all over the world. Hopefully there will be some good interchange between students of different nations. Of course expect cultural and religious tolerance and the wish to integrate.
