Unter diesen Bedingungen übergeben wir die Küche, plus Lampen in allen Räumen und ein Spiegelschrank im Bad für 100 Euro.
Außerdem würden wir bei Interesse gerne folgende Sachen verkaufen: Kleiderschrank (50 Euro), Doppelbett inkl. Matratze (50 Euro) und eine Spülmaschine (200 Euro, 3 Jahre alt, Rechnung vorhanden).

We are looking for someone who would buy our kitchen. The bedroom will be freshly painted, all other rooms which are in good conditions we would like to hand over as they are. Under this conditions we would sell the kitchen, lamps in all rooms and a shelf with mirror in the bathroom for 100 euros.
If someone is interested we would like to sell the following items: wardrobe (50 euros), double bed inclusive mattress (50 euros) and a dish washer (200 euros, 3 years old, original receipt available).
Ruhige Wohngegend in zweiter Reihe, deswegen keinerlei Geräusche durch Verkehr (auch auf dem Balkon). Keine ständigen Parties durch die Nachbarn. Zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten bis zur Norduni, dort auch Anbindung an die Buslinien 21/22/23 und 41. In der anderen Richtung 5 Minuten bis zur Linie 91/92 und außerdem 7 Minuten bis zur 31/32. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Nächsten Tegut und Aldi, ein bisschen weiter sehr groß Real. Bäcker, Apotheke und Hausarzt direkt um die Ecke.

By foot the north campus (Norduni) can be reached in maximum 10 minutes, there also connection to the bus lines 21/22/23 and 41.
