The room consists of 2 connected rooms. One is the bedroom and the other is a very spacious walk-in closet.
The apartment includes 2 floors (plus attic, cellar, balcony, and garden), has a spacious bath and 2 separate toilets. There is a place for bikes in the cellar.

Wir sind Besitzer eines Reihenendhauses in der Langemarckstraße. Vickram und Felix bewohnen die Wohnung in den oberen Etagen. Eddie wohnt im EG (separate Wohnung). Wir teilen uns einen Garten und einen Keller. Wir sind Vegetarier und machen viel Sport zusammen. Hauptsächlich bouldern, joggen, radfahren, Fitness.
Wir haben den Dachboden zur Boulderhalle ausgebaut und freuen uns über Boulderpartner.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind groß und können gemeinsam genutzt werden.
We are the owners of a house in Langemarckstraße. Vickram and Felix live in a shared appartment in the top floors of the house. Eddie has his own apartment in the basement. We are sharing a cellar and a garden. We are vegetarian and do a lot of sports together. This includes bouldering, running, cycling, fitness workouts.
We constructed a boulder gym in the attic and are happy to share it with you. The living room and kitchen are quite spacious and can be used by everyone.
Eine Putzkraft kommt alle 2 Wochen und ist im Preis eingeschlossen.
A cleaner comes every 2 weeks. They are included in the rent.
