The hall (about 10 square meters), the bathroom (about 5 square meters) (washing machine included) and the kitchen (about 12 square meters) (dishwasher included) and the balcony (about 2 square meters) are also furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with 4-burner hob and oven, a worktop, a dining table with 4 chairs and several cupboards.
The total rent amounts to 460 €, whereby additional costs (electricity, water, heating) and Internet can be used by the other tenants. The deposit is 920€.
Die Lage ist optimal für Studenten wie auch Berufstätige. Die Uni ist in weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, genau wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Supermärkten sowie kleinere Läden wie Bäckereien und Feinkostläden. Es gibt viele einladende Kaffees und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, da sie in einer Seitenstraße liegt.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du sicher im Vorhof abstellen, zudem gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

The university is less than 5 minutes walk away, as well as shopping in supermarkets and smaller shops such as bakeries and delis are near by. There are many welcoming coffees and restaurants in the area. The apartment is quiet because it is located in a side street.
You can park your bike safely in the forecourt or cellar, and there are also good parking opportunities for cars.
Der Hauptmieter ist berufstätig und die meiste Zeit nicht da. Er bewohnt zwei Zimmer, die nicht zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung geöffnet sind. Die meiste Zeit wird die Wohnung demnach von zwei Personen bewohnt, die gerne auch Studierende sein können.
Die Nachbarschaft ist einen geordneten Umgang gewohnt, wodurch keine großen Partyaktionen in der Wohnung möglich sind. Geraucht kann auf dem Balkon werden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
