ich bin Jupp (er/ihm), Medizinstudent, 30, und muss im Rahmen meines Studiums einen Monat ein Praktikum im Krankenhaus machen. In diesem Zeitraum bin ich nicht in Berlin und möchte daher mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist das Nicht-Durchgangszimmer einer 2 Zimmer-Wohnung mit Durchgangszimmer. Im Durchgangszimmer lebt Marian (er/ihm), 30.
Ich bin gerade im Prüfungsstress, deswegen ist mein Zimmer sehr unaufgeräumt und es wäre mir unangenehm gewesen, davon Fotos hochzuladen. Das hol ich die Tage nach oder schick vielleicht auch Fotos vom Zimmer im Ist-Zustand per PN, wenn Interesse besteht. Aber kurz beschrieben: es gibt keine Tapete, sieht also je nach Geschmack entweder industrial-chic oder ziemlich heruntergekommen aus. Sonst gibt es ein großes Ecksofa mit Couchtisch, eine Kommode, die ich (weitestgehend) leer räumen werde, ein 1.40x2m Bett, eine Anlage von Teufel und ein Regal. Das Zimmer hat einen Schnitt mit vielen Ecken und Kanten. 2 Fenster sind leider beide in der selben Ecke des Raums, daher ist es tagsüber recht dunkel. Für abends hab ich 3 kleine Lampen, die das Licht sehr cozy machen. Pflanzen hab ich in dem Zimmer keine, weil es ihnen bisher mit mehr Licht im Rest der Wohnung besser ging. Außerdem bin ich ein schlechter Pflanzen-Daddy. Wenn du das Zimmer verlässt, gehst du durch Marians Zimmer in die Küche und von dort aus in den Flur, von dem das Bad abgeht.

I'm Jupp (he/him), a 30-year-old medical student As part of my studies, I have to do a one-month internship at a hospital. During this time, I won't be in Berlin and would like to sublet my room.
The room is the non-passageway room of a 2-room apartment with a passageway room where Marian (he/him), 30, lives.
Since I'm currently under exam stress, my room is quite messy, and I felt uncomfortable uploading photos of it. I'll take care of that in the next few days or maybe send photos of the current state of the room via private message if there's any interest. But to briefly describe it: there is no wallpaper, so it either has an industrial-chic look or appears quite run-down, depending on your taste. Besides that, there's a large corner sofa with a coffee table, a dresser that I'll mostly empty, a 1.40x2m bed, a Teufel sound system, and a shelf. The room has a unique layout with many corners and edges. Unfortunately, both windows are in the same corner of the room, making it relatively dark during the day. For the evenings, I have three small lamps that create a cozy atmosphere. I don't have any plants in the room since they thrived better in the other, brighter parts of the apartment. Also, I'm not great at taking care of plants. When you leave the room, you pass through Marian's room into the kitchen, and from there, you can access the hallway, which leads to the bathroom.

Direkt an der U8 Bernauer Straße, 15 min mit der Tram zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 Min mit U8 zum Alex, Nähe Mauerpark, Rosi, Hackescher Markt. Beste Lage eigentlich.

The apartment is right by U8 Bernauer Straße, 15 minutes by tram to Hauptbahnhof (main station), and 5 minutes by U8 to Alexanderplatz (Alex). It's close to Mauerpark, Rosenthaler Platz (Rosi), and Hackescher Markt. It's a prime location, really.

Da das eine Wohnung mit Durchgangszimmer ist, ist es enorm wichtig, dass Bedürfnisse kommuniziert und respektiert werden. Rücksicht, Respekt, Kompromissbereitschaft und Bereitschaft zur gewaltfreien Kommunikation sind deshalb Voraussetzung für ein funktionierendes Miteinander. Um einander in der Wohnkonstellation viel Freiraum zu gewährleisten, wäre es daher wünschenswert, wenn das Zimmer von einer Person gemietet würde, die möglichst viel unterwegs ist. Gegebenenfalls könnte auch eine Person die Wohnung nur fürs Wochenende für beispielsweise Pendler*innen nutzen, dann lässt sich sicher auch noch was am Preis drehen.

As it's an apartment with a passageway room, it's crucial that needs are communicated and respected. Consideration, respect, willingness to compromise, and non-violent communication are prerequisites for a functional living arrangement. To allow each other plenty of personal space, it would be desirable for the room to be rented by someone who's frequently out and about. If necessary, the apartment could also be used by someone only on weekends, for example, commuters, and in that case, we can probably adjust the price.
