Liebe Zimmer-Suchende,
in der Zeit vom 2.2.15 bis zum 29.4.15 wollen wir unsere Wohnung in Moabit untervermieten.
Das getrenntbegehbare Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und kostet 350€. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, das bedeutet, dass das Nötigste drin ist, und zwar Bett und Schrank, in einem auch ein Tisch, in der Küche überlassen wir euch Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine gegen eine kleine Abschlagzahlung (danach könnt ihr damit machen,was ihr wollt ;) ) Daher Achtung: die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos noch etwas anders aus.
Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, dass sie schön hell ist - denn wir sind im 4.Stock, also müsst ihr auch etwas sportlich sein ;)
Außerdem gibts am größeren Zimmer einen tollen Balkon, auf dem man richtig den Frühling genießen kann!

Hello guys,
we rent a bright room in Moabit/Mitte, 18 m2. It is partly furnished (bed, closet, cupboard), same with the kitchen : we take most furniture, but leave you the basics (sink, cooker, Cupboard, some cookery). We will leave you also our washing mashine and the fridge for a fair price (you share with your flatmate). you can resell it keep it - its up to you! besides there is no internet in the flat, so you need to use an interstick or so.

Die Wohnung liegt in Moabit, etwa zwischen Turmstr./Beusselstr. und Jungfernheide, also alle möglichen Verkehrsanbildungen in Reichweite: Busse, Ringbahn,U9, U7 !
Die Turmstraße und damit sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Märkte, Banken, Ärzte 10min entfernt.
Auch ganz in der Nähe sind nette Stellen an der Spree, wo man wenns wärmer wird wieder geil grillen kann ;)
Außerdem ist die Wohnung schön ruhig im Hinterhaus, aber trotzdem sehr sonnig, da ganz oben!
Wichtig: Da wir für euch ein paar Einrichtungssachen und zb bei Bedarf auch etwas Geschirr dalassen, verlangen wir eine Kaution in Höhe von 250€. Den Abschlag für manche Möbel und die benannten Geräte können wir je nach Bedarf auch verhandeln.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung keinen Telefonanschluss oder WLAN, daher müsst ihr einen Internetstick nutzen oder ;)
