Wir vermieten aufgrund von finanziellen Problemen einen Schlafplatz auf unserem Balkon! Falls es dich nicht stört, wenn wir uns ab und zu auf dem Balkon sonnen oder am Abend einen Drink dort zu uns nehmen, freuen wir uns, von dir zu hören :-)
Hier noch ein paar Infos zum Zelt:
- Wassersäule: 400 mm, Gewicht: ca. 1,2 kg
- Fiberglasgestänge, Ø ca. 6,9 mm
- Maße: ca. 200 x 120 x 100 cm
Wir haben für den ersten Eindruck ein Bild vom Zelt hochgeladen. Zugang zu Bad und Küche hast du natürlich, keine Sorge.
Die Lage ist echt super. Die U-Bahn-Station Heinrich-Heine-Straße ist gerade mal eine Minute zu Fuß
enntfernt, zur S-Bahn vier Minuten (durchschnittliche Gehschwindigkeit von 4,5 km/h).
Wir sind Marie (22) und Biana (24) und beide in Ausbildung bzw. Studium.

We rent a sleeping place on our balcony due to financial problems! If you don't mind that we take a sunbath on tha balcony from time to time or have a drink in the evening there, we will be happy to hear from you :-)
Please have a look at the uploaded picture for a first impression. Of course, you have access to the kitchen and the bathroom - no need to worry.
