The flat is situated on the 7th top floor (elevator) in a 70ies/80ies building. We have a nice view of Berlin from our balcony, e.g. the dome of Reichstag, Bellevue Palace, Central Station, and the TV tower.
The apartment consists of four rooms in total. There are 3 bedrooms and a large living room. You would be renting the biggest of the bedrooms (around 20 m2). Except for the room, you'd also gain access to the shared parts of the apartment: a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished living room with access to the balcony, a bathroom, and an additional guest restroom.
The furnished room includes a bed, a wardrobe, a sideboard, and a desk with a chair... basically everything that you can see in the pictures. The full rent is warm and hence includes everything from wifi, water, heating, and electricity.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a freezer, a stove, an oven, pots, pans, and other kitchen supplies.
You would live close (3-5 min) to the metro station Bellevue (S3, S5, S7, S9) near Central Station. So, we reach nearly the whole city within a decent amount of time. The Spree River is only a few meters away, as is the Tiergarten Park and the castle Bellevue.
The closest possibilities to do groceries are a Penny and a Rewe which are about 10 min away by walk. You can walk to the Schultheiss Center (dm, Kaufland, etc.) at the U9 underground station of Turmstraße in a bit more than 10 minutes.
I have just moved out. So, you would live with Sara and Jonathan.
