Hello!
I'm gonna be away for 28 days from the 31st of March to the 27th of April and will sublet my room. (Dates flexible!!!)
- The room: 25m², with a high bed, couch, desk.
- The flat: groundfloor, common part pretty small and old school, but just enough to live happily
- There is a cat called Ashley --> very cute and cuddly (and defo inoffensive) but also very shy. My flatmate will take care of her.
- My flatmate: called Annika and pretty chilled, German, with cooking skills
- The area: Lichtenrader Str. aka full Schillerkiez --> 1min walk to Tempelhof and to Herrfurtplatz, späti literally outside the flat , lots of restaurants, edeka 2min away, lidl 5min way. Transport: U-Bahnhof Boddinstr. 5min walk + lots of busses
- The flat has some flaws: wifi sometimes doesnt work, no washing machine (but laundromat 5min walk), shower temperature regulation is tricky but works fine => all this will be explained at the viewing
I will take some of my stuff but not everything but this can defo be spoken about at the viewing etc.
MONEY: 360€ for rent and 200€ for deposit (preventing stealing of my stuff and degradation basically). To pay before I leave (so the day before or at the viewing if you're sure to take the room)
