Das Zimmer ist etwa 9,6m² groß mit Hochbett, hoher Decke, großem Fenster (dicht) und Holzdielenboden - die Wohnung ist ein Altbau.
In dem Zimmer stehen ein Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Hochbett mit Matratze oben, einer Liegefläche mit Rückenlehne (quasi ne geräumige Couch) und Beistelltisch unten. Über die Liegefläche kann eine Hängematte angebracht werden (es gibt eine in der Wohnung).
Oben über dem Hochbett hängt eine Lichterkette mit weißem Licht (dank der Hohen Decke kann hier aufrecht gesessen werden), unter dem Hochbett eine Lichterkette mit buntem und eine mit weißem Licht. Gegenüber an der grünen Wand laufen oben, unten und rechts farbverstell- und dimmbare LED Leisten.
Das Zimmer ist also super gemütlich und gerade im Winter toll um sich einzumummeln und es warm zu haben :)
(während Mensch in der Hängematte liegt)
Das Zimmer ist nicht super breit, dafür aber länglich und ist dank der hohen Decke trotzdem sehr geräumig !
Rauche selbst nicht, im Zimmer darf aber geraucht werden (gerne bei angekipptem oder offenem Fenster).
Am Fenster gibt es eine Jalouise.
Der Schrank wird ausgeräumt und kann mit eigenen Sachen gefüllt werden :)
Auf dem Schreibtisch stehen Bildschirm und Tastatur, mit Lan Kabel an die ein eigener Laptop angeschlossen werden kann.

The room is about 9,6m² with loft bed, high ceiling, large window (tight) and wooden floor - the apartment is an old building.
In the room are a wardrobe, desk with chair, loft bed with mattress above, a lying surface with backrest (quasi a spacious couch) and side table below. A hammock can be placed over the bed (there is one in the apartment).
Above the loft bed hangs a light chain with white light (thanks to the high ceiling can be sat upright here), under the loft bed a light chain with colored and one with white light. Opposite on the green wall run top, bottom and right color-adjustable and dimmable LED strips.
So the room is super cozy and especially in winter great to wrap up and have it warm :)
(while you are lying in the hammock).
The room is not super wide, but elongated and is still very spacious thanks to the high ceiling !
Do not smoke myself, but in the room may be smoked (gladly with the window tilted or open).
There is a jalouise at the window.
The closet is cleared out and can be filled with your own things :)
On the desk are screen and keyboard, with lan cable to all of which you can connect your own laptop.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der S-Bahnstation Schönholz - diese ist etwa 6min zu Fuß entfernt. Bis zum S+U Gesundbrunnen, dem nächst gelegenen Verkehrsknotenpunkt sind es von der Haustür 12min, quasi direkt vor der Haustür gibt es außerdem mehrere Bushaltestellen für die Linien 150 und 155 - eine super Anbindung!
Schräg gegenüber liegt der Park schönholzer Heide, ein super schöner, sehr "natürlicher" Park mit kleinem Waldstück, in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Links von der Wohnung liegt der Verlauf der ehemaligen Berliner Mauer, mit dem "Mauer Weg".
Es gibt also sehr viele Möglichkeiten im Grünen spazieren zu gehen, es fühlt sich gar nicht so sehr nach Großstadt an und ist gleichzeitig super angebunden um schnell überall hinzukommen.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einen Aldi und zwei Nettos (der mit roter Schrift un der mit Hundekopf), 15min zu Fuß ist ein Rewe mit Bäckerei.

The apartment is located near the S-Bahn station Schönholz - this is about 6min walk away. To the S+U Gesundbrunnen, the nearest transport hub, it is 12min from the front door, virtually directly in front of the door there are also several bus stops for the lines 150 and 155 - a super connection!
Diagonally opposite is the park schönholzer Heide, a super beautiful, very natural park with small forest, in 5min walk.
To the left of the apartment is the course of the former Berlin Wall, with the "Mauer Weg".
So there are very many opportunities to walk in the greenery, it does not feel so much like a big city and at the same time is super connected to get everywhere quickly.
In the immediate vicinity there is an Aldi and two Nettos (the one with red writing un the one with dog head), 15min walk is a Rewe with bakery.

Die mitbewohnende Person spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Arabisch und etwas Bulgarisch.
Das Tonstudio/Musikzimmer, sowie der Balkon werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Wie das gemeinsame Leben aussehen soll kann gemeinsam besprochen werden.
Die mitbewohnende Person würde sich sehr darüber freuen dich zu einer Besichtigung persönlich kennen zu lernen :)
