Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Zeitraum vom 01.09.2022 –30.09.2022 zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 Quadratmeter groß und hell, liegt zur Straße und hat einen kleinen Balkon:) Alle meine Möbel bleiben drin: Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch. Es gibt in der Wohnung außerdem ein gemütliches gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen S-Bahnstation Wedding (Ringbahn) und Leopoldplatz (U9, U6) und ist damit gut angebunden; in andere Stadtteile kommt man schnell, wobei es im Wedding auch sehr schön ist! In Fußnähe gibt es gutes Bier, leckere Falafel, nette Cafés und auch die ein oder andere Bar. Darüber hinaus ist es ein entspannter Stadtteil, keine Clubs oder Touristenattraktionen:)
Wir sind eine 2-er WG, ein Mann und eine Frau (ich) und führen ein entspanntes Zusammenleben; generell gibt es genug Freiraum seinen eigenen Kram zu machen, wir kochen aber regelmäßig zusammen, gehen zusammen aus oder organisieren Picknicks etc. Wie sich deine Beziehung zu meinem Mitbewohner in der Zeit der Zwischenmiete gestaltet, kann also ganz unterschiedlich aussehen und liegt an euch.
Praktische Details: Da die Vermietung recht kurzfristig erfolgt, müsste in der kommenden Woche (zw. 08.-14.08.) ein Kennenlerntreffen stattfinden, damit wir alle sehen können ob's passt. Tatsächlich verreise ich schon am 24.08.2022, d. h. wer richtig spontan ist kann auch dann schon einziehen, dann kommen ca. 100 Euro Miete für die Woche obendrauf.
Außerdem ist mir wichtig zu sagen: Ich liebe mein Zimmer und setze respektvollen Umgang damit voraus!

I will rent out my room in the period from 01.09.2022 –30.09.2022 for interim rent.
The room is about 24 square meters and sunny, it faces the street and has a small balcony:) All my furniture will stay inside: Bed, dresser, desk. The flat has a cozy shared living room as well.
The apartment is located between S-Bahn station Wedding (Ringbahn) and Leopoldplatz (U9, U6) and is therefore well connected; you can get to other parts of the city quickly, although sticking around in Wedding is also quite nice! There is good beer, delicious falafel, nice cafés and some bars in walking distance. Apart from that it is a relaxed area, no clubs or tourist attractions:)
We are a 2-person shared flat, a man and a woman (me) and our everyday life relationship is pretty chill; generally there is enough freedom to do one's own stuff, but we regularly cook together, go out together or organize picnics etc. How your relationship with my flatmate turns out during the time of your stay can thus take very different forms and is up to the two of you.
Practical details: Since the rental is quite short-term, we would need to do the get-to-know-each-other meeting next week (between 08.-14.08.) so that we can all see if it fits for everybody. As I'm actually leaving for my travels already on August 24th you're welcome to move in then, as well. The additional week would mean around 100 Euro more rent.
Also, it's important for me to say: I love my room and expect it to be treated respectfully!
