I am subletting a fully furnished room in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding) from 1st of May until End of October..
It’s a bright Berlin Altbau-apartment with high ceilings on the 2rd floor and plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
3 rooms, open Kitchen, balcony, bathtub and shower.
The room is approximately 18m2 square meters and furnished with

The rent is 850€ including everything such as gas, Internet, etc.

It is located within the authentic Berliner part called Schiller Kiez; close to the Osram Höfe. The Schillerpark and Rehbergs are close by.

It’s a vivid neighborhood with international cuisine and several late night shops and pubs. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and a gym is close by too.
I’m subletting the room for 1-3 months as I’m heading to Ghana on a business trip. If you consider to stay longer than a month let me know, as I’m heading to Spain mid of February. It is possible for me to adapt.
