WG-Wohnung, Westliches Ringgebiet (Uninähe, Ideal für studenten)

Lage: In der Nähe des Weißen Rosses, etwas nördlich des Stadtzentrums gelegen. Die Universität ist zu Fuß erreichbar (16 Minuten). Die nächsten Bushaltestellen sind 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass alles gut erreichbar ist.


Location: Located near to Weißes Ross, a bit north of city center. University is walking distance (16 mins). Nearest bus stands are 2-3 mins by foot, so everything is really accessible.

Küche: Es verfügt über 4 Herde zum Kochen, einen Backofen, Ihren persönlichen Bereich, einen Kühlschrank mit Ihrem Bereich darin, einen Heizofen und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen Tisch, der mir gehört und gerne abgegeben werden würde (im Preis von 170 Euro ist der Preis enthalten).

Badezimmer: recht einfach, mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche.

Über die Mitbewohner: (Ich kann ihren Namen nicht preisgeben, aber einer kommt aus Indien und einer aus Russland):

Inder (M): Er ist größtenteils den ganzen Tag über bei der Arbeit und ist ziemlich entspannt und freundlich. Er stellt keine besonderen Ansprüche und ist stets gelassen zu allen. Sie müssen sich also keine Sorgen machen.

Russe (M): Lebt die Hälfte der Zeit nicht hier (bleibt bei seiner Familie). Außerdem ist er sehr ruhig und macht einfach sein eigenes Ding, ist aber immer für ein Gespräch zu haben und eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.

Alles in allem würde dich niemand belästigen, wenn du nicht belästigt werden möchtest. Es handelt sich nicht wirklich um eine Zweck-WG, aber auch nicht wirklich um eine Zweck-WG. Hängt von euch ab, wie ihr es machen wollt, und wenn ihr wollt, könnt ihr jederzeit Pläne schmieden. Sie haben völlige Freiheit und es gibt keine Anforderungen oder Regeln. Mach einfach dein Ding, entspann dich und schmiede vielleicht Pläne mit den Mitbewohnern ;)

Kitchen: It has 4 stoves to cook, baking oven, your personal area, fridge with your area in it, heating oven and a washing machine. There is also a table which is mine, and would be handed over (rate is included within the 170 Euros).

Bathroom: fairly basic, with a sink, toilet and shower.

About the housemates: (can't disclose their name, but one is from India and one is from Russia):

Indian Guy : He is mostly at work througout the day, and is pretty chill and friendly. He does not have any special demands and is always easygoing with everyone. So you don't have to worry about it.

Russian Guy: Is half the time not living here, (stays away with his family). He is also really calm and is just doing his own thing, but is always up for a chat and spending some nice time.

All in all, nobody would bother you if you don't want to be bothered. It is not really a non-purpose flatshate, but also not really a purpose flat-share. Depends on you guys how you want to make it, and can always make plans if you want. You will have total freedom, and there would be no demands or any kinds of rules. Just do your thing, chill out, and maybe make plans with the housemates ;)

Möbel: Ich würde das Bett (ohne Matratze), das Regal (im Bild) und den Kleiderschrank (von IKEA), Schuhregal und Küchentisch unbedingt für 170 Euro verkaufen wollen. Die Möbel sind in einem recht guten Zustand.

Kaution: Für die Wohnung wurde mir keine Kaution abgenommen. Ich glaube also, dass es bei Ihnen höchstwahrscheinlich auch so sein wird!

Furniture: I would really want to sell the bed (without mattress), the shelf (in the picture) and the wardrobe (from IKEA), shoe rack and kitchen table with the cost 170 Euros. The furniture are in a fairly good condition.

No caution was taken from me for the apartment. So I it most probably would be the same for you too!
