Ich bewohne eine neue Drei-Raum-Wohnung in der schönen Dresdner Altstadt – ganz konkret in der Annenstraße 3. Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung mit zwei Etagen. Unten und oben befindet sich jeweils ein Bad. Von den Räumen nutze ich das Wohnzimmer sowie das Schlafzimmer. Nun ist noch der dritte Raum zur Nutzung frei.
Grund meines Inserats ist, dass ich zu Beginn des Mietvertrags dachte, dass der dritte Raum (derzeit Gästezimmer) mehr von meiner Familie und Freunden genutzt wird. Dies ist tatsächlich aber nicht der Fall. Daher möchte ich dieses Zimmer gern befristet abgeben.
Der Raum ist abschließbar, hat Fußbodenheizung sowie eine Klimaanlage. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.

Die Adresse liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt.
