Ich suche einen/eine Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG. Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte/Ende August frei.
Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß mit großer Wohnküche und Blick ins Grüne. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit ganz neuen Möbeln(Couch, Couchtisch, Aquarium und Wohnwand). Der Fußboden ist PVC in Parkett Optik. Für Wärme sorgt eine Zentralheizung.
Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und nagelneu mit Geschirrspüler. Die Waschmaschine im Bad ist auch neu.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und einen Handtuchtrockner.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhige Seitenstraße in der Tolkewitz. Die Elbwiesen sind praktisch vor der Haustür ca 500m entfernt.
Die MedAK ist leicht zu erreichen mit der Linie 6. Es gibt auch eine gute Verbindung mit der Linie 4 und dem Bus 87.
Ich bin dienstlich sehr angespannt, da ich im Krankenhaus arbeite und nebenbei meine Doktorarbeit machen möchte. Deshalb bevorzuge ich ein ruhiges Wg-Leben ohne Partys. Gespräche und gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind ohne weiteres möglich.
