Nach zwei Jahren ziehe ich (Thibaut, 30) Ende Juli aus der Wohnung aus, um mit meiner Freundin zu wohnen. Ich habe meine Zeit in der WG sehr genossen und ich kann es nur empfehlen! Es ist eine sehr komfortable Wohnung mit zwei sehr netten Mitbewohnern, perfekt für junge Berufstätige. Von hier aus sind du mit dem Fahrrad in der Nähe von allem und haben viele Geschäfte in der Nähe (Bäckerei, Apotheke, Kiosk, Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl...). In der Wohnung gibt es buchstäblich alles, was du brauchst – Möbel, Küchengerät, Spiele, Grill, ...
Die Wohnung (ca. 105 qm) besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche (ca. 30 qm), einem großen Balkon (ca. 17 qm), zwei Bädern (mit Dusche/Badewanne), geräumigen Flur, einem Tiefgaragenstellplatz und einem Kellerraum. Sie ist nach außen hin sehr gut isoliert (lärm und wärme), hell (5. Stock mit Aufzug), hat einen Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung und eine Abstellkammer. Die Nachbarn sind auch alle nett und ruhig. Insgesamt ist es hier Nachts ruhig. Ein großer Vorteil an der Wohnung ist, dass wir zwei Badezimmer haben, sodass man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Neubausiedlung im Gallus. Die Tram 14 ist direkt vor der Haustür, die 11 und 21 erreichst du in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Galluswarte mit Anbindung an verschiedene S-Bahn Linien erreichst du so in wenigen Minuten (oder zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten). Lidl, Aldi und ein großer Rewe sind alle in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Main erreicht man in 15 Min. zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung (ca. 17,5m² groß), durch das (fast) bodentiefe Fenster ist es schön hell und bietet genug Platz zum Lernen und Arbeiten.
Die Miete beträgt EUR 705 pro Monat und enthält alle Nebenkosten (auch Internet etc).
Die Schlafzimmermöbel können günstig eingelöst werden.

After two years, I am moving out of the flat end of July to live with my gf. I enjoyed my time in the WG very much. I can only recommand it! It's a very comfortable flat with two very nice roommates, perfect for young professionals. From here, you're close to everything by bike and you have many shops around (Bakery, Apotheke, Kiosk, Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl...). There's literally everything you need in the flat - furnitures, every kitchen appliance, games, BBQ,...
The apartment (approx. 105 sqm) consists of a large eat-in kitchen (approx. 30 sqm), a large balcony (approx. 17 sqm), two bathrooms (with shower/bathtub), a spacious hallway, an underground parking space and a cellar room. It is very well insulated from the outside (noise and heat), bright (5th floor with elevator), has a parquet floor with underfloor heating and a storage room. The neighbors are all nice and quiet too. Overall, it's quiet here at night. A big vaiguille about the apartment is that we have two bathrooms so you don't get in each other's way in the morning.
The apartment is in a new housing estate in Gallus. Tram 14 is right outside the front door, trams 11 and 21 can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The Galluswarte with connection to various S-Bahn lines can be reached in a few minutes (or on foot in about 10 minutes). Lidl, Aldi and a large Rewe are all within a 3 minute walk. The Main can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.
The room is the biggest in the apartment (approx. 17,5m² in size), thanks to the (almost) floor-to-ceiling window it is nice and bright and offers enough space for studying and working.
The rent is 705 EUR per month and includes all additional costs (also internet etc.)
Bedroom furniture can be redeemed for a fair price.
Wir suchen jemanden, der/die auch berufstätig ist (oder promoviert) und du solltest ungefähr im gleichen Alter sein. Wir freuen uns auf eine sympathische, gut gelaunte, und umgängliche Person, die gerne etwas WG Leben hätte.
Juliette (28) und Lucero (27) sind super freundlich, locker, aufgeschlossen, beide treffen sich gerne über das Wochenende mit Freunden und genießen die vielfältigen Erlebnisse, die Frankfurt zu bieten hat! Ich bin mir sicher, dass du in ihrer Begleitung einige Dinnerabende, Spieleabende, Filmabende auf unserem Projektor oder Wochenendaktivitäten/Partys in Frankfurt genießen wirst!
In der WG sprechen wir oft eine Mischung aus Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Spanisch, was es super lustig und interessant macht! Gerne sind auch andere Sprachen willkommen!

My roomates are looking for a young professional of the same age approximatively, male or woman. I felt really good in their company. If you are positive, curious, open-minded, easy to talk to, clean, and you can say "je ne sais pas" in French or "No se" in Spanish, this flat is for you!
Juliette (28) & Lucero (27) are super friendly, easy-going, open-minded, they both like seeing friends over the weekend and enjoying the various experiences Frankfurt has to offer! I'm sure you will enjoy some dinner nights, game nights, movie nights on our projector or weekend activities / parties in Frankfurt in their company!
You often can hear a mix of English, German, French, Spanish in the WG which makes it super fun and interesting! Of course, any other language is more than welcome!
