WG Zimmer for Italian Master student at TUM

Hi,
my name is Alessandro Palermo, I'm 22. I will soon start my master’s degree at TUM in Quantum Science and Technology.

Since the previous landlord has unexpectedly cancelled my contract, I’m in the desperate research of a new accommodation: I should spend at least 2 years in Munich, starting from October.
I'm open both to short and long term rent.
My father is an eye doctor here in Italy and he can guarantee the rent.

I have the possibility to rent two rooms in the same or different apartments, since a friend of mine, also a student of TUM is in my very same situation.

I lived in a shared apartment also during my bachelor’s, so I know how much cleanness and respect are important, as well as having a good time with the other flatmates.
