Hallo! Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein schönes 11,5 m2 Zimmer im Herzen von Göttingen. Ich ziehe schon bald um, also ist das Zimmer ab dem 1. April frei. Das Zimmer ist möbliert: es hat ein für das Zimmer gebautes Hochbett, ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltür, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und mehrere Regale. Die vorhandenen Möbel würde ich gerne an den Nachmieter weiter verkaufen. Der Raum ist hell und ruhig - das Fenster geht nach Süden Richtung Hof. Die Küche und das Bad teilen sich nette Studenten aus aller Welt, dich ich vermissen werde, wenn ich gehe. Die Miete ist 300 € und beinhaltet die Nebenkosten und Internet.
Hello! I am looking for someone for a nice 11,5 m2 room in the heart of Göttingen. I’m leaving soon, so the room will be available from April 1st. The room is furnished: it has a custom-built bed, sofa, a closet with a mirror, desk and chair and several shelves. I would like to sell the furniture to the new tenant. It’s sun-filled and quiet since the window that looks onto the parking lot in the back. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with friendly and international students that I will miss when I’ll leave. The rent of 300€ includes utilities and Internet.
¡Hola! Estoy buscando a alguien para esta estupenda y habitación de 11,5m2 en el corazón de Göttingen. Me voy pronto, así que la habitación estará disponible a partir del 1 de abril. Está amueblada con una cama, futón, mesa de estudio, silla, armario con espejo y varias baldas, por lo que me gustaría que el próximo inquilino estuviera dispuesto a comprarlos. Tiene un ventanal que da a un aparcamiento y es muy luminosa. La cocina y el baño las tendrás que compartir con unos simpáticos estudiantes internacionales que echaré mucho de menos cuando me vaya!
El alquiler son 300€, incluyendo los gastos e Internet.
Salut ! Je suis a la recherche de quelqu'un pour une chambre 11,5m2 sympa au coeur de Göttingen. Je pars bientôt, la chambre sera donc disponible a partir du 1er Avril . La chambre est meublée avec un lit sur mesure, un canapé, un placard avec un miroir, un bureau, une chaise et plusieurs étagères, que j’aimerais vendre au prochain locataire. La chambre ayant une vue sur le parking , a l’arriere, l'endroit est calme et ensoleillée . La cuisine, les toilettes et la salle de bain sont a partager avec des étudiants pour la plus part internationaux et sympas qui me manquerons quand je partirai.
Le loyer est de 300 euros y compris les couts supplementaires (gaz , chauffage … etc) et connection internet.
