Neugründung 3er WG mit XXL-Wohnzimmer direkt am Seeburger See 🫶🏼☀️ 20min von Campus entfernt!!

ab dem 01.03. startet bei uns eine komplett neue 3er WG in einem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Seeburger See – und wir suchen noch Mitbewohner:innen, die Bock auf ein respektvolles @ angenehmes WG-Leben mit mir haben :)

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Highlight! Sie hat insgesamt ca. 129m2, also super viel Platz, und das Herzstück ist die große Küche mit Loungebereich... perfekt ist für gemeinsame Abende.. ob Kochen, Filme schauen oder einfach nur quatschen.

Dazu gibt’s eine komplett neue/ moderne, weiße Küche mit separater Speisekammer, sodass man richtig viel Stauraum hat. Auch richtig schön zum Chillen mit Kaffee oder Wein. Außerdem gibt’s zwei moderne Bäder: eins mit Badewanne und Dusche, ein extra Gäste-WC und sogar einen Waschraum. Also echt viel Komfort für ne WG!

Die Lage ist auch mega: In nur 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß am Ufer vom Seeburger See mit Badesteg – also im Sommer literally unser zweites Wohnzimmer :))). Im Ort gibt’s kleine Cafés, Hofläden und Sportmöglichkeiten wie Segeln, Bootfahren oder Tennis – also voll das gute Freizeitprogramm. Und nach Göttingen braucht man nur ca. 20 Minuten, also easy mit Auto oder Bus machbar. (Sehr guter Anschluss, besonders durch den ZOB Ebergötzen (ca 5min entfernt) Außerdem wohnen viele andere Studis/Azubis in Seeburg, die die Mischung aus Natur, schönem und bezahlbaren Wohnen und zentraler Lage schätzen (Forstis, Lehrämtler, Medis, BWLer usw.), sodass man direkt Anschluss hat und es nicht zu ruhig wird. :)


Zur WG: Es ist eine Neugründung, das heißt, alles startet frisch und man kann gemeinsam was Neues aufbauen. Im Haus wohnt auch schon weitere super liebe Student/inmen) :)

Sauberkeit ist sehr wichtig, damit sich jeder wohlfühlt, dafür war in der Vergangenheit ein Putzplan immer eine sehr einfache Möglichkeit.
Die Kosten sind überschaubar: Pro Zimmer zahlst du 415 kalt und nochmal ca. ca 30 Nebenkosten, also insgesamt rund 449 warm.

Was wichtig ist: Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Beim Einzug brauchen wir außerdem folgende Unterlagen (Haftpflichtversicherung, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Führungszeugnis und einen Einkommensnachweis (oder Bürgschaft von Eltern).

Zu Beginn wird eine Nutzungsgebühr v 155 für Badmöbel, Küchenausstattung, Sichtschutz etc fällig.

In deinem Zimmer ist ein 140x200 Modernes Bett, Matratze, Stuhl und eine Möglichkeit extra möbliert, sodass du fast direkt einziehen & wohnen kannst .)

New 3-person shared flat with XXL living room directly at Seeburger See 🫶🏼☀️ 20 min from campus

Heyyy, from 01.03. a completely new 3-person shared flat is starting in a beautiful house right by Seeburger See, and we’re still looking for roommates who are up for a respectful and pleasant WG life with me. The apartment is a real highlight: it has around 129 m2 of space, and the heart of it all is the large kitchen with a lounge area, which is perfect for shared evenings, whether cooking together, watching movies, or just hanging out and chatting. There is also a brand-new, modern white kitchen with a separate pantry that offers plenty of storage space and is a great spot to relax with coffee or a glass of wine. In addition, the apartment has two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, an extra guest WC, and even a separate laundry room, so overall it offers a lot of comfort for shared living.

The location is amazing as well: in just five minutes on foot you can reach the shore of Seeburger See with a swimming pier, which makes it our literal second living room in summer. In the village itself there are small cafés, farm shops, and various sports options such as sailing, boating, or tennis, offering great leisure opportunities. Göttingen is only about 20 minutes away and easily accessible by car or bus, with very good connections, especially via ZOB Ebergötzen, which is about five minutes away. Many other students and trainees already live in Seeburg and appreciate the combination of nature, beautiful and affordable living, and a central location, including forestry students, teaching students, medical students, and business students, so it’s easy to make connections and it never feels too quiet.

This is a newly founded shared flat, meaning everything starts fresh and you can build something new together from the beginning. There are also already very lovely students living in the house. Cleanliness is important to ensure everyone feels comfortable, and a cleaning schedule has proven to be a simple and effective solution in the past. The costs are manageable: rent is €415 cold per room plus around €30 in additional costs, making it approximately €449 warm in total. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. For moving in, liability insurance, a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) report, a certificate of good conduct, and proof of income or a parental guarantee are required. At the beginning, there is also a one-time usage fee of €155 for bathroom furniture, kitchen equipment, privacy screens, and similar items. The room is equipped with a modern 140×200 bed, a mattress, and a chair, and can be further furnished, so you can almost move in and start living right away
