Schönes Zimmer in entspannter 3er WG in der Göttinger Südstadt! Internationals Welcome!

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Südstadt gehört definitiv zu den schönsten Vierteln Göttingens. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage handelt es sich um eine ausgesprochen ruhige Gegend. Alles was man so braucht (Supermärkte etc. pp.) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem ist man schnell in der Natur, am Kiessee, bei der Eiswiese (Erlebnisbad mit Sauna usw.), beim Freibad... Der Zentral-Campus ist zwar auf der anderen Seite der City, ist aber, da Göttingen nicht so wahnsinnig groß ist, trotzdem in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss oder per Fahrrad erreichbar. Der Nord-Campus ist etwas weiter entfernt aber mit dem Fahrrad oder per Bus immer noch gut erreichbar.

Da meine beiden vorherigen Mitbewohnerinnen mich leider bereits verlassen haben bzw. zum 1.10. verlassen werden, suche ich zwei entspannte neue Mitbewohner ab Oktober.

Zu mir:

Ich heiße Ole, bin 36 Jahre alt und freiberuflicher Informatiker. Wenn ich nicht gerade von zu Hause aus arbeite, bin ich wahrscheinlich beim Sport (Laufen in der Natur oder Gym), mache Musik mit Freunden (findet außerhalb der Wohnung statt ;) - bin z.B. Teil eines Gitarre/Percussion Duos) oder reise ein bisschen durch die Weltgeschichte (vorzugsweise Spanien). Ich wohne seit gut 15 Jahren in Göttingen, habe hier studiert und finde es nach wie vor wunderschön.

Was das WG-Leben betrifft, würde ich ein entspanntes Zusammenleben im Sinne von "Alles kann, nichts muss" favorisieren. Mir wäre aber vor allem wichtig, dass du seriös, zuverlässig und nicht in irgendeiner Weise extrem bist (außer natürlich extrem cool ;) - meine aber eher extrem im politischen, religiösen... Sinne).

Hier im Haus wohnen eine Vielzahl an ganz unterschiedlichen Leuten unterschiedlichen Alters (Ehepaar in den 50ern, zwei weitere WGs, eine junge Familie mit Kind...), die man, vor allem im Sommer, immer mal auf ein Gläschen Wein und eine Bratwurst im Garten antreffen kann.

The room is 12sqm and has a white carpet.

The window goes out to the very quiet Riemannstraße, where rarely a car gets lost and where you can look at beautiful old Göttingen houses.

The location is excellent. Südstadt is definitely one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Göttingen. On foot, you can be in the city center within 2-3 minutes. Despite the central location, it is an extremely quiet area. Everything you need (supermarkets etc. pp.) is in the immediate vicinity. In addition, you can quickly get to nature, the Kiessee, the Eiswiese (adventure pool with sauna, etc.), the outdoor pool... The central campus is on the other side of the city, but since Göttingen is not that big, it can still be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot or by bike. The North Campus is a bit further away but still easily accessible by bike or bus.

Since my two previous roommates have unfortunately already left me (the one room is currently still temporarily rented) or will leave on 1.10., I am looking for two relaxed new roommates from October.

About me:

My name is Ole, I'm 36 years old and a freelance computer scientist. When I'm not working from home, I'm probably doing sports (running in nature or gym), making music with friends (takes place outside the apartment ;) - am part of a guitar/percussion duo for example) or traveling a bit through the world (preferably Spain). I've lived in Göttingen for a good 15 years, studied here and still think it's beautiful.

As far as WG-life is concerned, I would favor a relaxed cohabitation in the sense of "everything can, nothing must". But for me it would be important that you are serious, reliable and not extreme in any way (except of course extremely cool ;) - but I mean rather extreme in the political, religious... sense).

Here in the house live a variety of very different people of different ages (couple in the 50s, two other WGs, a young family with child ...), which you can always meet, especially in the summer, for a glass of wine and a bratwurst in the garden.
