das 32m² große und schöne Zimmer ist schon ab Mitte Juli beziehbar - jedoch spätestens ab Anfang September.
Die WG besteht aus insgesamt 4 Zimmer:
- das freiwerdende Zimmer, das südseitig ausgerichtet ist und dadurch schön hell ist!
- 1 Wohnzimmer mit 32m² auch schön hell,
- 2 schon belegte Zimmer (Evelyn, 27, studiert Pharmazie und Tino, 26, Architektur und Soziologie),
- eine recht große und geräumige 17m² Küche mit Balkon zum Innenhof.
- Bad und WC sind getrennt.
Die zentrale Lage steht für eine sehr gute Infrastruktur (Geschäfte, Ärzte, Verkehrsanbindungen, Augarten & Murradweg, Lend, Lokale).
Sollte sich ein interessiertes Pärchen für das Zimmer finden, dann gilt der Preis von € 270,- pro Person. Beim Einzug einer Einzelperson kommt der Preis auf € 420,-
Für die Wohnung wird Wohnbeihilfe bezogen - das heißt, ein zu hohes Jahresnettoeinkommen (incl. Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld dividiert durch 12) aller WG-Bewohner wollen wir vermeiden.
Wir bitten Interessierte, dass sie sich so bald wie möglich ein Besichtigungs- bzw Kennenlerntermin ausmachen - da wir im Sommer nicht viel in Graz sein werden.
Hello everyone!
We - a couple - are moving out of this great and beautiful room and appartment in the center of Graz.
The free room has a surface of 32m² and a hight of 3,60m! It has all day long the beautifully shining sun (south orientation). The appartment is 135m² big, with a living room (32m²), and a kitchen with all you need (17m²) + balcony!
The two flat-mates are Evelyn (studies pharmacy) and Tino (architecture and sociology).
Ihe infrastructure (parks, shopping, grocery-, drug-stores... sports!) is ideal.
All possible bus and tram connections are just a 1-5 minute walk away.
University (Karl-Franzens or TU) is just 10 minutes away by bike or bus.
The price of € 270,- is ment per person and month, if you choose to move in as a couple.
For one person alone the price will be € 420,- per month.
Moving in is possible starting with 16th of july but latest starting with the 1st of september!
