Hallo liebe Interessent*innen,
Ich würde gerne mein Zimmer von Ende April bis Ende Juni (ggf. Bis Mitte August) untervermieten. Im Zimmer wäre ein (hohenverstellbarer) Schreibtisch, ein 1.40m Bett sowie ein Sofa und ein Schrank. Und bietet noch genug Platz für mindestens eine Yoga Matte. :)
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet von Toster über Mikrowelle bis Spülmaschine. Sobald es etwss warmer wird, kann man sich auch gut auf den Balkon setzen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte zwischen Dehnhaide (U3) und Friedrichsberg (S1) in Barmbek Süd. Die Alster ist so gute 30 Min zu Fuß entfernt, aber es gibt einen Park und ein paar Kanäle direkt in der Nähe.
Rewe und Aldi sind etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Und sonst findet man im fahrrad- bzw. Fußläufigen Umfeld auch einige Cafés und Restaurants.
Die beiden anderen sind zwei sehr liebe Mädels. Beide arbeiten und machen viel Sport (von laufen bis bouldern) und sind tagsüber nicht viel da. Man trifft sich aber häufig in der Küche beim kochen bzw essen. Es ist weder eine Zweck WG noch eine Party/Studi WG, sondern eher eine „wir kochen zusammen, man geht zusammen zum Sport und man schlürft mal einen Tee/Aperol in der Küche/auf dem Balkon“-WG.
