Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG und hat leichte Dachschrägen und eine schöne Aussicht auf den Kaiserplatz. Im Haus wohnen noch weitere WGs und es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 26 m² groß. Es hat eine leichte Dachschräge und 2 Fenster. Besonders gemütlich wird das Zimmer durch die Holzbalken im Raum.
Es gibt eine Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine und allem, was man so braucht. Wir haben zwar kein gemeinsames WG-Wohnzimmer, aber in der Küche ist Platz für einen Tisch und somit können sich dort alle versammeln. Die Toilette ist vom Badezimmer separiert, was ganz praktisch ist. Beide Räume haben Tageslicht. Im Badezimmer gibt es außerdem eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Zudem haben wir einen kleinen Abstellraum in der Wohnung sowie Zugang zum Dachboden und Keller.
Du solltest wissen, dass die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, allerdings hat sie dafür auch ihren Charme.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of an old building and has slightly sloping ceilings and a beautiful view of Kaiserplatz. There are other flatshares in the building and there is a small courtyard where you can park your bike.
The vacant room is cosy and approx. 26 m² in size. It has a slightly sloping roof, a carpet floor and two windows facing Kaiserplatz.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and everything you need. We don't have a shared living room, but there is room for a table in the kitchen so everyone can gather there.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is very practical. Both rooms have natural light. The bathroom also has a shower, a sink and a washing machine for shared use. We also have a small storage room in the flat as well as access to the attic and cellar.
You should know that the flat is a little dated, but it does have its charm.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt-West in Karlsruhe und somit bist du sehr zentral und nah am Europaplatz. Alles Wichtige kann zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder der Straßenbahn schnell erreicht werden: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Kino, große Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars usw...
Zu KIT / FH / PH ist man mit dem Fahrrad nur 5-10 min unterwegs. Zudem bist du auch schnell beim Schloss und kannst einen schönen Spaziergang durch den Schlossgarten und den angrenzenden Wald machen oder einen entspannten Sommertag dort verbringen.

The flat is located in the city centre west of Karlsruhe and is therefore very central and close to Europaplatz. The nearest stops are "Europaplatz" or "Mühlburger Tor". Everything important can be reached quickly on foot, by bike or by tram: Supermarkets, bakeries, cinema, large selection of restaurants, bars etc...
KIT / FH / PH are only 5-10 minutes away by bike. You can also quickly reach the castle and take a nice walk through the castle garden and the neighbouring forest or spend a relaxing summer day there.
Du würdest mit uns, Lea und Dario, zusammenleben.
Dario (28) macht gerade seinen Abschluss in Produktdesign an der HfG. Ansonsten ist er sehr musikalisch (spielt Schlagzeug und Bass), bäckt und kocht sehr gerne.
Lea (26) schreibt gerade ihre Abschlussarbeit in Kunstwissenschaft an der HfG. Sie geht oft zum Sport (Akrobatik und Tanzen) und strickt und liest gerne.
Wir sind ein Pärchen.... Sollte dich aber nicht abschrecken, denn wir sind sehr umgänglich und gesellig. :)
Unser bisheriges WG-Leben mit den anderen war immer sehr entspannt und harmonisch.
Wir putzen wöchentlich die Wohnung mit einem Putzplan und versuchen alles weitestgehend ordentlich zu halten. Das würden wir auch von dir erwarten.

Dario (28) is currently doing his degree in product design at the HfG. He is also very musical (plays drums and bass) and enjoys baking and cooking.
Lea (26) is currently writing her final thesis in art studies at the HfG. She often goes to sports (acrobatics and dancing) and enjoys knitting and reading.
We are a couple.... But that shouldn't put you off, because we are very sociable. :)
Our previous shared flat life with the others has always been very relaxed and harmonious.
We clean the flat weekly with a cleaning schedule and try to keep everything as tidy as possible. We would expect the same from you.
P.S.: Es werden theoretisch 2 Zimmer bei uns frei. Dieses und ein kleineres (ca. 16qm).
Wir suchen jemanden der zu uns passt & auch Interesse an einem gemeinsamen WG Leben hat. Schreib doch einfach etwas über dich & dein Leben, damit wir schon mal einen Eindruck von dir bekommen.
Wir werden im Laufe der nächsten Woche (06.-12.05.) Besichtigungen ausmachen, damit du/ihr möglichst bald Bescheid bekommt.
