The room is approx. 17 square meters and fully furnished.
There is a wardrobe, several small chests of drawers, a seating area with two armchairs and a platform with a 160x200cm mattress. I would store all my things under the podium or in the attic for the interim rental.
I love plants, so there are plenty of them and I'm happy if the sublet can take care of them too!
3rd room - living room, can be used as a common room. Has lots of books, a projector with comfortable sofas and a desk.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Washing machine and dishwasher!

Das WG Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und voll möbliert. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, mehrere kleine Kommoden, eine Sitzecke mit zwei Sesseln und ein Podest mit einer 160x200cm Matratze. Meine ganzen Sachen würde ich für die Zwischenmiete unter das Podest bzw. auf dem Dachboden lagern.
Ich liebe Pflanzen, daher gibt es reichlich davon und ich freue mich, wenn sich die Zwischenmiete auch um sie sorgen kann!
3. Zimmer - Wohnzimmer, kann als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden. Hat viele Bücher, einen Beamer mit gemütlichen Sofas und einen Schreibtisch.
Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine!
Leipzig Schönefeld.
Near Mariannen Park.
Shop (NETTO): 5 min.
Public transport (Stannebeinplatz): 5 min.
