*ZWISCHENMIETE*: Two rooms (22 qm) - for you in an amazing house in the east*

Unsere WG liegt im Leipziger Osten in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße bei der Eisenbahnstraße aber sehr gut angebunden: Bus und Tram nur in 5 Minuten Fußnähe.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Bars, Spätis und Kneipen und sehr viele Möglichkeiten sich die Bäuche zu füllen.

Our shared apartment is located in the east of Leipzig in a quiet side street near the Eisenbahnstraße but very well connected: Bus and Tram are only in 5 minutes walking distance.
Close to our house there are numerous of bars, Spätis and pubs and much opportunities to fill your belly.

Da ich im Mai nach Frankfurt ziehen werde und im April wahrscheinlich noch unterwegs sein werde, wird mein geliebtes Zimmer (vllt für dich?) frei. Da wir alle demnächst neue Wege einschlagen und um- oder wegziehen, wird die Wohnung Anfang Juni aufgelöst und neu vermietet. Demnach handelt es sich aktuell nur um eine Zwischenmiete für April und Mai.

Mit dir werden Vali, Hannah und Anselm wohnen, Luca wird eventuell auch schon im April oder Mai umziehen. Wir haben immer ein sehr entspanntes und schönes WG-Leben gehabt und legen Wert auf offene und wertschätzende Kommunikation. Zudem sind wir tatsächlich ein sehr sauberer und ordentlicher Haushalt und legen darauf Wert - ein gemeinsamer Putzplan hilft uns dabei.
Da WG-Leben wird im April und Mai ein wenig ruhiger sein, da Vali den April über Prüfungen haben wird und auch Hannah gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit fertig schreibt und wie gesagt alle sich in einer kleinen Umbruchsphase befinden. Also falls du ein entspanntes, ruhiges, schönes Zuhause mit viel Platz, in guter Lage suchst und nicht unbedingt ein turbulentes WG-Leben brauchst, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Vielleicht auch noch wichtig: in dem Haus wohnen weitere WGs mit denen wir connected sind und mit denen auch du doch connecten könntest. Und wenn man mal was braucht: in der Hausgemeinschaft findet sich meist alles was das Herz begehrt: Sojasoße, Bohrmaschine, Waffelofen oder ein Sekt, wenn der Netto schon zu hat.

Because I will move to Frankfurt in May and before I will probably travel, my beloved room will be free (maybe for you?). As we'll all be taking new paths soon and moving out or moving away, the flat will be dissolved at the beginning of June. Therefore, it is currently only a temporary rental for April and May.

Vali, Hannah and Anselm will be living with you, Luca may also move in April or May. We have always had a very relaxed and enjoyable shared flat and value open and respectful communication. In addition, we are actually a very clean and tidy household and value this - a joint cleaning plan helps us with this.
Life in the shared flat will be a little quieter in April and May, as Vali will have exams in April and Hannah is also finishing her bachelor's thesis and, as I said, everyone is in a bit of a transition phase. So if you're looking for a relaxed, quiet, beautiful home with lots of space in a good location and don't necessarily need a turbulent shared flat, you've come to the right place.

Perhaps also important: there are other flatshares in the house with whom we are connected and with whom you could also connect if you want. And if you ever need anything: in the house community you can usually find everything your heart desires: soy sauce, drill, waffle oven or a sparkling wine (Sekt) when the Netto is already closed.
