WICHTIG: Ich bin nicht da 5 Monate (Oktober-Februar), d. h. dass die Miete nur in diesem Zeitraum gilt

Lage
Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und schön und die Haltestelle Stöckelstrasse befindet sich in der Nähe;
Restaurants, Parks und Supermärkte kann man in etwa 8 Min zu Fuss finden
WG-Leben
Die Mitbewohner sind 2 sehr nette, offene bzw. ordentliche Meschen aus Lateinamerika. Die beiden sind Studenten und Musiker, die Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch fliessend können.
Große Parties in der Wohnung sind leider nicht erlaubt, aber mit ihnen kann man jederzeit was zu machen finden.
Rauchen geht aber nur im Balkon.

Cozy furnished room in a shared flat for one person, the room has bed, desk, shelf for clothes, lamps. The apartment is very big and cozy, it has a big kitchen, dining table, balcony, washroom, 2 toilets and a shower, 1 bathtub, dishwasher, sofa, WiFi…
- 3 mins to the Stöckelstrasse stop
- 10 minutes from the main train station by tram
- Bicycle parking
IMPORTANT: I'm out 5 months for Erasmus (October-February), meaning that the rent is only valid during this period, and that my some of my things in the room are going to stay there because i will come back in february.

Location:
The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful and the Stöckelstrasse station is nearby; restaurants, parks and supermarkets can be found in about 8 minutes on foot
WG life:
The roommates are 2 very nice, open and orderly people from Latin America. Both are students and musicians who are fluent in German, Spanish and English.
Big parties in the apartment are unfortunately not allowed, but you can always find something to do with the roomies, we have always stuff to do.
