Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12,50m^2 groß und hat eine schöne Fensterfront, wodurch es gut belichtet ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) und hat 2 Zimmer, sowie ein gemeinschaftlich genutzten Küchen-/Wohnraum und ein gemeinschaftlich genutztes Bad.
Zu dem Zimmer gehören ein Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, ein Bett inkl. Matratze, ein Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl und ein kleiner Rollconatiner. Die Plissés können gegen 25€ von der Vormieterin übernommen werden.

I am looking for a next tenant for my room in a student residence. The room is about 12,50 m^2 big and has a beautiful window frontage which lets a great amount of light stream through. The apartment is located in the 5th floor (with elevator) and has two rooms and a shared kitchen/living room and a shared bathroom.
With the room comes a wardrobe a big shelve, a bed and the mattress, a desk and the chair and a small cupboard. The pleated blinds can be bought from the previous tenant for 25€.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in top Lage. Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von max. 30min und per ÖPNV max. 15min im Stadtzentrum und am Hauptcampus der Universität Leipzig. Die Anbindungen zu Bus und Tram sowie zur S-Bahn sind in jeweils wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The dormitory has a top location. You can reach the city center and the main campus of the University of Leipzig within a maximum of 30 minutes on foot and a maximum of 15 minutes by public transport. The connections to the bus and tram as well as the S-Bahn can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
Du wirst mit einer Studentin im Alter von 21 Jahren zusammen Wohnen, welche Lehramt für Biologie und Ethik an der Uni Leipzig studiert. Je nach Belieben werdet ihr öfter gemeinsames Kochen.
You will live together with a female university student who is studying to teach biology and philosophy. If you want you could cook together frequently.

Mindestmietdauer: 2 Monate
Der Vertrag wird mit dem Studentenwerk Leipzig abgeschlossen und kann nach Belieben auch über den 30. September 2024 verlängert werden. Das Studentenwerk setzt die Immatrikulation in einer Leipziger Hochschule oder Universität voraus. Deshalb wird die Immatrikulationsbescheinigung als Nachweis benötigt.
