In der zentral gelegenen 3er WG gibt es ein Zimmer zu vermieten. Zur WG gehören ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, das Platz für gesellige Abende bietet, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Keller, Fahrradabteil sowie ein Garten.
In the centrally located shared flat (3 bedrooms) there is a room available. Along with those, in the apartment there are a large, comfortable living room that offers space for sociable evenings, a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dishwasher, cellar with dedicated space for bicycles and a garden.
Es ist ab 1. März frei, kann aber auch ab sofort bezogen werden und nich später als 1. Apri. Dieses Zimmer hat circa 22 Quadratmeter, 2 Fenster und 2 Heizungen, sodass es im Winter nicht kalt wird. Das Zimmer ist so gross, dass man gefühlt eine ganze Wohnung unterbringen kann, wie die Fotos zeigen. Der grosse Kleiderschrank wird bleiben, er hat viel Platz für Kleidung und anderes. Der Schrank kann gegen eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden.
It is available from March 1, but earlier moving date is also possible, no later than April 1. This room has around 22 square meters, 2 windows and 2 heaters, so it doesn't get cold in winter. The room is so big that it feels like you can fit an entire apartment, as the photos show. The room is mostly unfurnished, the large wardrobe will remain and can be taken over for a small fee; it has plenty of space for clothes and other things.
Unsere WG ist super zentral gelegen, in 1 Minute zum ÖPNV, in 2-5 Minuten zum Einkaufen und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Donau oder zur Innenstadt und in 20 Radminuten zur JKU.

Masha, 29, arbeitet als Projektmanagerin bei Ars Electronica, genießt sowohl das Ausgehen als auch einen gemütlichen Abend zu Hause und lernt weiterhin Deutsch (immer noch nicht perfekt, daher würde ich das erste Treffen lieber auf Englisch abhalten). Aufgrund meiner Arbeit bin ich viel unterwegs und daher wird es Zeiten geben, in denen ich nicht so oft zu Hause bin, aber wenn ich in Linz bin, koche ich immer gerne zusammen oder trinke abends ein Glas Wein.
Zsolt, 25, studiere an der JKU und bin offen dafür, Zeit mit anderen zu verbringen, aber ich bin auch froh, wenn ich in meinem Zimmer "fast" still sein kann (wenn ein Spiel von Real Madrid läuft, kann ich ein paar Mal meine Stimme erheben). Ich würde wahrscheinlich ab und zu ungarisches Essen und Getränke mitbringen.
About your future flatmates,
Masha, 29, working as a project manager at Ars Electronica, enjoying both going out and having a cosy evening at home, keep learning German (still not perfect so I would prefer to have the first meeting in English). Due to the specificity of work, I travel a lot so there will be times when I’m not too often at home, but if I’m here I’m always happy to cook together or have a glass of wine at the evening.
Zsolt, 25, studying in JKU, open to spend time together, but I am also happy to be in my room "almost" silently (if there is a Real Madrid game I may raise my voice a couple of times). I would probably bring some Hungarian food and drinks with me occasionally.
