Die Wohnung liegt auf der Altstadtinsel im Zentrum von Lübeck. Die Wohnung Insgesamt ist recht groß und komplett ausgestattet. Die Küche ist modern mit einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gefrier- und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es ist genug Platz für Essen und Getränke vorhanden.
Das ist Zimmer ist hell und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die St.-Marien-Kirche. Es enthält ein Bett (mit einer sehr guten Matratze), Tisch, Stuhl, Wandtafel und zwei Stehlampen. Diese können auf Wunsch gegen Abschlag übernommen werden. Die Wohnung bietet viel Stauraum und im Hinterhof gibt es Abstellplätze für Fahrräder und Autos. Anwohnerparkplatz ist vorhanden.

The flat is well positioned, a decent size and fully kitted out. The kitchen is modern with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine and plenty of space for all the meals you and your flatmate will be sharing.
The room is bright and warm, getting the sun for pretty much the whole day. It contains a bed (with a very good mattress), desk, chair, chest of drawers and shelves all of which is new (less than a year old) and I'm looking to sell on.
The flat comes with plenty of storage space for all your stuff and there is a place to store bikes and car
parking is available.
Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zum ZoB/Hauptbahnhof und
in ein bis zwei Minuten zum ÖPNV mit direkter Uni-Anbindung. Es gibt einen Rewe die Straße aufwärts, ungefähr 2 Minuten Laufweg und sehr viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Breite Straße/Königstraße) in der Nähe. Die Wohnung bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt um die Nacht am Wochenende zu gestalten. Studentenbar/Kino/Schwimmbad sind in 5 min Laufweg zu erreichen.
Just a 10 minute walk from the ZoB/Hauptbahnhof and a minute or two from regular buses to and from the Universität. There's a Rewe just 2 minutes up the road and many other shops near by too. The flat is also the perfect location for the Blauer Engel and all your other (soon-to be) favourite hang-outs too!
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Sebastian (Uni-Student). Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und bietet ein gutes Maß an Geselligkeit und Freiräumen für eigene Interessen. Alle Aufgaben sind gleichmäßig verteilt, um die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
Es gibt genug Raum für Privatsphäre aber auch viele Möglichkeiten Sachen zusammen zu machen.
Freunde sind herzlich willkommen und nach Absprache können auch ab und zu Partys veranstaltet werden.
You'll be sharing with Sebastain, a German student. Life is chilled and fairly quiet in the flat. All tasks are shared equally to keep the place tidy and clean.
You'll always have space and privacy for yourself but regular shared meals are a must!
Friends are always welcome and, if you want to, the occasional party can be organised too!
