Hallo Freunde,
ich biete mein WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt Mannheims zur Untermiete an, da ich im nächstes Semester im Ausland bin. Das Zimmer wird vom 01.07.2024 bis zum 31.01.2024 vermietet.
Das Zimmer ist groß, gemütlich und man hat von dem Erker einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Schloss und die Stadt. Es wird voll möbliert vermietet und verfügt über alles, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist: ein großes Bett (140*200), ein Schreibtisch, einen Bürostuhl, einen Stuhl, eine Kommode, einen Schrank und eventuell nach Absprache auch der Fernseher (55
Zoll LG OLED).
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster, einer Mikrowelle und einem Backofen, die alle gemeinsam genutzt werden können.
Das WG-Leben an sich gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, es ist eine Dreier WG. Der eine meiner Mitbewohner wird auch über den genannten Zeitraum im Ausland sein und der andere wird diesen Sommer ausziehen, es ist also quasi eine Neugründung, was bedeutet dass du dich auch gerne an der Auswahl beteiligen darfst.

shared flat living:
I am offering my room in a shared flat in the city center of Mannheim for subletting, as I will be abroad next semester. The room will be rented from 01.07.2024 to 31.01.2024.
The room is large, cozy and you have a very nice view of the castle and the city from the bay window. It is rented fully furnished and has everything that can be seen in the pictures: a large bed (140*200), a desk, an office chair, a chair, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and possibly also the TV (55 inch LG OLED) by arrangement.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and an oven, all of which can be shared.
There's not much to say about the flat share life itself, it's a three-person flat share. One of my flatmates, will also be abroad for the period mentioned and the other will be moving out this summer, so it's effectively a new start up, which means you're welcome to join in the selection too.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Uni, bei Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM, etc. und am Paradeplatz. Der Jungbusch (das Ausgehviertel
Mannheims) ist auch in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es am Hafen, 500 Meter entfernt kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die S-Bahn Station ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
The location of the apartment is very central. You can walk to the university, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM, etc. and Paradeplatz within 5 minutes. Jungbusch (Mannheim's nightlife district) can also be reached in under 10 minutes. There is also free parking at the harbor, 500 meters away. The S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away and the bus stop is right in front of the building.
Eine Kaution i.H.v. 800 Euro ist verlangt.
