Zimmer, TEIL möbliert (Schrank & Bett) - ca. 14 m2 in einer Wohnung von 93m2 (2-er WG) in Obergiesing (PLZ 81549) München. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt €550. Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Stadtbus und S-Bahn (S3) und Supermarkt (HIT und kleiner Edeka) wie auch Rossmann in Laufweite. Der Perlacher Forst ist auch gleich um die Ecke und ist zum Radfahren, Laufen und Joggen ideal. Die Nachbarschaft is relativ ruhig und grün und ein heissen Sommertagen sehr angenehm. Ich bin 57, amerikanisch/deutsch und mache freiberuflich Nachhaltigkeits-Audits. Da ich auch viel Home-office Arbeit mache, such ich einen berufstätigen, männlicher Mitbewohner und Nichtraucher, längerfristig. aber kurzer Aufenthalt (z.B Praktikum) ist auch möglich. Ich benutze kein Social Media also bitte Kontaktaufnahme über die WG-Gesucht Platform. Eine Link zu deiner WG-Gesucht Anzeige wäre nützlich. Muss gegen COVID geimpft sein.
I have a PARTIALLY furnished room (closet + bed ) for rent in post code 81549 (Obergiesing), Munich. The room is about 14m2 in an apartment of 93m2 (Two people sharing). The rent is €550/month. Limited parking available. There are good public transport connections (S-Bahn and bus) within walking distance as well as a large HIT supermarket and EDEKA and a Rossmann. The forest (Perlacher Forst) is also located nearby if you like cycling, walking, jogging, etc. The whole neighborhood is relatively quiet and green so on hot summer days (yes, we actually get a few weeks of those), it makes it a pleasant area to live. I am looking for a non-smoker on a preferably long-term basis, but short term is possible.
I am American/German, 57 and am a free-lance social compliance auditor and am relatively easy-going.
