Schönes, helles Zimmer zur Untermiete im Süden von München im Stadtteil Obersendling. Das Zimmer liegt zur Südseite, hat ein großes Fenster, Fläche ca. 18.5 m2 und ist unmöbliert.

In der geräumigen Altbau-Wohnung wohne ich, Steffen, in dem anderen Zimmer. Es gibt einen großen Flur mit Garderobe und Festnetz-Telefon sowie einen Multifunktions-Drucker. WLAN ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Alle weiteren Zimmer haben ebenfalls Fenster, sodass die Wohnung insgesamt sehr hell ist. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, im Badezimmer gibt es neben einer Badewanne auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die große Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet, ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Ebenfalls gibt es eine gemütliche Lese-Ecke vor dem Wintergarten, der in Sommer wie Winter bei Sonnenschein zum Verweilen einlädt. Einen kleinen Balkon gibt es ebenfalls.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral an der Boschetsrieder Strasse, wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Obersendling, von dort mit der U3 super angebunden: Marienplatz (10 Minuten), Hauptbahnhof (15 Minuten), Universität (13 Minuten). Aber auch in die Berge ist es nicht weit (z.B. Tegernsee 53 Minuten) über die nächste S-Bahn-Station (Siemenswerke). Busse verkehren ebenfalls ab vor der Haustüre. Wer es lieber sportlich mag, kann neben der Isar eine wunderschöne Fahrradroute in die Stadt nehmen. Fahrradwege sind insgesamt super ausgebaut in München und empfehlenswert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich fußläufig gut erreichbar (Lidl, Alnatura, dm, Apotheken,…), ebenso wie zahlreiche leckere Restaurants.
Ich suche eine Untermieterin oder einen Untermieter absofort. Mir sind Zuverlässigkeit, herzlicher Umgang und Gemeinschaft sehr wichtig.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 900 € warm pro Monat, die Kaution beträgt 2000 €. Beautiful, bright room to sublet in the South of Munich in the district “Obersendling”. The room is on the South side, has a large window, about 18 square meters and
is not furnished.
My name is Steffen and I live in the other room of the spacious old building. There is a large hallway with a coat rack and a landline telephone, as well as a multifunction printer. WLAN is of course available. All other rooms also have windows so that the apartment as a whole is very bright. Toilet and bathroom are separate. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washing machine and a dryer. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a cozy reading corner in front of the winter garden, which invites you to linger in the sunshine in summer and winter alike. There is also a small balcony.
The apartment is centrally located on Boschetsrieder Strasse, a few minutes to the Obersendling subway station, from where it is well connected with the U3: Marienplatz (10 minutes), central station (15 minutes), university (13 minutes). But also the mountains are not far away (e.g. Tegernsee 53 minutes) via the nearest S-Bahn station (“Siemenswerke”). Buses also run from the front door. Those who prefer sport can take a beautiful cycle route next to the Isar into the city. Overall, cycle paths are great in Munich and recommended.
Shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance (Lidl, Alnatura, drugstores, pharmacies, …), as are numerous delicious restaurants.
