-Die Wohnung kann nur für 3 Monate gemietet werden, da sie dann am 30. Juni an den Vermieter zurückgegeben wird, die letzten 5 Tage im März sind bereits von mir bezahlt, Sie könnten also umsonst wohnen.
-Das KVR ist für diesen Zeitraum verfügbar.
-Wohnung ist über 100 Quadratmeter groß, das Zimmer ist größer als die durchschnittliche WG in München mit über 20 Quadratmetern
-Wohnung ist komplett renoviert/möbliert, mit einigen Luxusgegenständen, wie z.B. einem großen Fernseher & Sofa, einem privaten Garten mit Whirlpool, einer großen Küche mit allen Geräten, Playstation und Netflix sind auch dabei.
-In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion und einen Geschirrspüler.
- S bahn Siemenswerke und U bahn Obersendling sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.
- Der jetzige Mieter ist ein Berufstätiger, der beruflich oft außerhalb der Wohnung ist, in der Regel von Montag Morgen bis Donnerstag Abend.
-Viele Supermärkte in der Nähe.
-Gesprochene Sprachen: Italienisch - Englisch - Deutsch

I am moving out of my room and I am looking for a replacement.
-The apartment can be rented for only 3 months, as then it will be returned to the landlord on June 30th, the last 5 days of March are already paid by me, so you could stay for free.
-The KVR is available for this period.
-Apartment is more than 100 square meters, the room is bigger than the average WG in Munich with more than 20 square meters
-Apartment is fully renovated/furnished, with some luxury items, such a big TV & sofa, a private garden with a jacuzzi a big kitchen with all the equipment, playstation and netflix are also included.
-In the apartment there is a washing machine with drying function and dishwasher
- S bahn Siemenswerke and U bahn Obersendling are only 10 minutes on foot away, there is also a bus stop nearby.
- The current tenant is a professional, who is often outside of the apartment for work, generally from Monday Morning to Thursday evening.
-Plenty of supermarkets around.
-Spoken languages: Italian - English - German

The other flatmates is always out of the city for work, meaning that you could have the all apartment for yourself.
